They did not ship my husband’s order on time again. This has happened several times now. Each time we lose precious supplies because they never care to make it right. They don’t send the supplies he is owed, instead they just change the ship date each time and send his 30 days worth of catheter supplies using the new ship date. It’s extremely frustrating. If you have a choice on who to use for your medical supplies, I do not recommend this company!

I got my mobile scooter from this company and it went smoothly! I was honestly surprised at how fast everything went. It has taken several years of fighting with insurance to get one of these but within a month all paperwork, appointments etc... and my scooter is now here. I was impressed start to finish. The gentleman who came to my home and brought a prototype for me try out was very informative and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company!

I'm continually fighting with the order taker who doesn't seem to understand that my supply of 120 catheters lasts 30 days. Last order Mar. 29. If I get an order every 30 days then the April order should be placed April 28. He insisted it would be placed 5/1. Going to see if my doc can recommend another company.

I LOVED this company. They have helped me in SO many ways so many times. Today I went to place my order and got a rep from outside the US. He was unable to understand what I needed and kept asking me for a product number. In 8 years of working with the company I have never needed an item number. I just wanted to sun two boxes of supplies for a product I had gotten in the past, but he could not grasp that concept. Three times he said it was ordered but when I asked him to verify the order it was incorrect. I am usually told the order will go out next day. When I asked this time I was told the order would go out “as soon as possible”. I am so disappointed. Why outsource your previously great customer service? Yep stars because I THINK the order is finally right. If not, I will change to one star.
