Ordered cabinets , flooring and a sink for a new kitchen on January 7. It’s now March 25th and I still don’t have my product! Have been called 7 times to say order was in. Didn’t have everything and they ordered the wrong special order cabinets. So very angry ! Living in a construction zone. And they can’t seem to get it right no matter who I speak with. Everything I ordered and purchased came to well over $7000.00 dollars and here I sit with 1/3 of a kitchen, cabinets that

The staff is absolutely awesome at this location, and the store is always clean and well organized. There’s always someone available to answer questions and they are normally well stocked on everything.

I ordered and paid $165 for a log splitter and was told it would arrive in about a week. A week later, I got an email that it was delayed and to other information regarding a time frame. Because of this I went to the store where I had ordered the splitter to be shipped and the very nice and helpful customer service lady looked up my order and informed me that they were not able to tell me when it would arrive as they were unable to communicate with the vendor who was supposed

Good Experience the other day when I was I desperate need of an AC unit. They had an abundant supply & I didn't feel like they were price gouging due to the severe heat wave! I'm beginning to opt for HD over Lowes lately I'm just more satisfied with the service!

Had the worst experience here today. No one was helpful and everyone was extremely rude when I finally had to ask for help myself. All my home renovation products will now be done through Lowe's.

To the Home Depot manager. I just want you to know why you lost my business to Lowe's today. I am shopping for a new kitchen, a complete remodel. I went to your store today to look at examples and start the process of having someone come to our home to do an estimate. I walked around and waited in the cabinet area for one of the 3sales people to finish with the people they were helping. I was just there and had a issue with a self check out. I had my 5 y/o son with me. The front end supervisor came over and shooing my son away with her hand like he was a cat. Meanwhile she had plenty of room to get to the screen and do what she wanted. After the second time she shooed him away I said “you don't have to be rude†she said she wasn't that she needed room. Meanwhile like I said before there was plenty of room, my son was off to the side and I was standing a good 2 feet behind her. At the point I was very mad and said to my son “come on we will go someplace else†and started to walk out. Then I thought I like Home Depot so I turned back around and asked for the manager and she said I am the supervisor up front and she refused to get her supervisor. So I will not be back.

I wanted a new back door and storm door. Paid Home Depot to send someone out and measure so we can get this ordered. Sent someone on 9/09/18 and we finally ended up ordering the door's on 10/20/18 which had to be special ordered due to size. Received email that my order had shipped to store and about 2 weeks later my installation was scheduled for 11/16/18 for 12 noon. Welp, with new homeownership comes the frequent visits to home improvement stores! I have found myself here 3 times in the past month and all of them have been great experiences. First, for paint and the employee was very helpful in showing us the different finishes that each paint comes in, gave us some swatch books, and said that they can match other paint brands' colors even if they don't sell them in the store. I was very impressed with his customer service and he never made me feel stupid or silly for asking a question. The second time, we were looking for outlet covers and drawer pulls & were asked if we needed anything. We were just browsing and planning but appreciated that they are very approachable! The third time we went to get our paint made & get some supplies. Again, another employee was very helpful and told us it would take 3.5 minutes so we could browse the store instead of waiting. When we returned, the paint and our rebate were sitting right on the counter waiting for us. I also love the self-checkouts for times when you have a couple small items that are easily baggable and don't require assistance. Also, we were able to use a Lowe's coupon for 10% off our order because they take competitor coupons! The cashier told us that the coupons must be the original (not a copy or printout), must be from specific competitors, and it must be unexpired. Otherwise she didn't give us any problem using it! Awesome!!

Bought a range 4/11/18. Two delivery dates have passed and still no range or phone call. I called, waited and waited. Still no answer. I am going to cancel this $700 dollar order and go somewhere else. Bad bad customer service.

Home Depot is another chain of big box home and gardening supplies for your do it yourself projects or contracted ones. Normally I come in here for sales. Their credit card does not give you a slight discount for purchases except when you open one, but will allow you interest free financing for a certain time frame when there is a promo going on. If you open a card then you will get $25.00 off your first purchase. My husband and I stopped over here to get mulch for spring to prepare our garden. Mulch was going for 5 bags for $10.00. We entered the garden center. The cashier gave us her recommendations and then once we made our purchase we drove the car up to the garden center where employees loaded it into our car. Location is good since you are near the back end of Char Valley shopping center with the soon to be gone K-Mart. Parking is fairly easy and it is easier to navigate than going to other ones. Still you have the option to order on line and pick up in store if available or have it sent directly to the store. So far with the few purchases we had made during the past year we have been pleased with them. Will be back once they have more sales for our spring gardening needs.
