Mostly I do all my banking on the app.I have direct deposit setup, and basically all my transactions are through my debit.I don't go into the bank branch very much.However there are occasions when I do need to go in.When I go in they are always so friendly courteous and very helpful.I must say over the years when key Bank first started, this has improved substantially.When the merger took place into Key Bank, I was very unhappy.It was one problem after another.I complained multiple multiple times.There were constant issues.That was many years ago.Now it seems like they got things going smoothly.I got no complaints now.I do have to say, when I went down the light up night a couple of years ago I thought someone lifted my wallet.Only to find out they had scanned through my wallet and got my information.Before I knew it, my card was being used and I had no idea.I went to make a purchase and I had no money in my account.Called up Key bank, and they rectify the situation rather promptly.I got all my money back and a new debit card.I told them I wanted to press full charges for whoever did that.I have never heard anything since about it.So I do not know the outcome of that.By the way it's nice to know that I have Key Bank on my side.

Need a new ATM horrible. Always delays and even took my deposit with a receipt and I had to wait for credit a couple days due to a non-functional ATM and it was cash! Always new faces!!

I have had a business account for years with Key Bank. Although the tellers are kind and attempt to help my business banking needs the disappointments with this branch continue. This is the second time within a week the ATM has retained my atm card and half my cash deposit.(Also', twice last year). Every time this happens, I have to go in the bank and open a dispute and await a response.No apologies from any managers for my inconvenience or time lost in disputing such simple ATM transactions. I recommend to not trust this ATM during non-business hours. In case the ATM eats your card, and you are stuck. l believe this branch does not value my business and I am taking steps to change banks.

I have nothing but praise for Key Bank. I've been with many Banks over the years, and Key Bank is by far the best. I make more money on my money and there are no fees. Staff is very nice and very helpful. I tell everyone to do themselves a favor & switch to Key Bank.

Nilam unprofessionally specialist , she cannot fully service the customer . I had to return to the bank several times because of her lack of experience.(

If I could rate zero stars I would! Staff is rude and very very very unprofessional! The lady names monique or Monica heavy set lady YELLED at me with customers all around stating if myself or other ppl dont have an account you can not come exchange change....perfectly fine but you do not need to yell and embarrass myself or yourself.....I was actually going to open an account since I would have loved to do business with themsimce I am so close but she changed my mind completely....I will be sure to tell my friends family and many customers to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH KEY BANK!

Nilam has been absolutely wonderful, I have been working with her off and on for 2 weeks. She always responds to calls and emails quickly, and has been able very understanding and helpful with my needs. While I am experiencing some difficulties with document transmission speeds, the service being received is above and beyond, I'm sure Covid has much to do with the slow down and it is not within the individuals control. I am confident that Nilam is doing everything she can to help her customers. I am currently working on closing an account for a deceased loved one, but can honestly say with the service I have received, I am considering banking with KeyBank in the future.

This bank completely screwed me on my PPP application. They failed to even submit it and now the branch manager LITERALLY said, 'ya, I don't know what happened' and there is no one at Key who taking calls or responsibility. Key is headquartered in Cleveland....once I found that out it all made sense. What an awful experience at such a critical time. My business NEEDS ALL THE HELP IT CAN GET!! Any these guys just straight up failed and are like, 'ya, don't know what to say?'...I'm saying BY!!! MF'er SSTAY AWAY FROM KEY!!! They've consistently been a bad bank to deal with since taking over first Niagara.Switching to a smaller regional bank.

This bank is refusing to process PPP loans for small business, they’re only doing it for their favoritecustomers and the customers that already have loans, this is not what this government program was set up for. It was to help the small business, not the larger corporations, not for banks to pick and choose .and process loans for their favorite customers. I am a customer and they became annoyed because I was calling them too much to ask about the PPP they keep making up excuses not to process or except my Application.

I have only seen friendly staff behind the teller line and anytime I have entered the branch they welcome and greet me with a smile. I thank them for their great service. When I bring my mom to do transactions she says she really likes this branch. Thank you for making my moms banking easy.
