Always an easy time with the team here. Very friendly, very helpful. Always willing to take time to explain any questions and even take you into the garage to physically show you what they're talking about which is very helpful! No complaints at all.

I was charged $360 for 30 minutes of work. Stopped in for an emergency repair, they were not busy so it was no hassle for them to get me in for service. Thermostat gasket, sensor, and coolant remove and replace. Approximately 30 minutes under the hood, more than $360 for just the labor, $560 +. Before starting they just gave me a total price for the repair without a breakdown of the services. They will quote you for 4 hours of work and if the job takes 1 hour, they will still charge you for the 4 hours. They will not work with you on the total and will say you agreed on it so you have to pay it. DO NOT GO TO Midas FOR REPAIRS. YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED!!!

Miserable experience. I got new rear brake pads, rotors and calipers just 2 years ago and the rotors are already rusted out with roughly 30k miles driven over 2 years. They said rusting out within 2 years was expected wear and tear and not a problem with their product. They offered no discount or help to a long term customer. I did talk with the regional manager who was very rude and didnt care if he would lose a long term customer, wouldn't offer any assistance. If their products barely last 2 years and 30k miles they clearly dont offer good products. I and my family will avoid this horrible business in the future. I suggest that you do as well unless you want trusted out parts within 2 yearsUPDATEmidas reached out below on my Google review to have me provide my information to have them reach out. I did this immediately. I have heard nothing. Its been nearly a week.I believe they put that on my review to have people believe they have helped an unsatisfied customer when really they actually do nothing.Buyers beware!

We've been bringing our cars here for years. They always treat us well and don't try to get things we don't need. They'll recommend things (which you probably want anyway) but there is no pressure sales here.

I brought a tire in to be plugged due to air loss. The guys at midas found the issue to be a crack in the wheel and spent the better part of the day calling alloy repair places to see who would provide a trustworthy fix. They ultimately referred me to a repair company and prepped the hole in my tire so that the alloy repair company could weld the crack and plug the hole. This saved me time finding a place to repair the wheel and headache from having air loss after a simple plug repair in the tire would not have fixed the issue. Thanks guys.

It’s Thanksgiving and we are grateful to Steven at Midas Bridgeville for reassuring us we weren’t total klutzes at putting air in the tires. After two failed attempts at highway gas stations (both times, tire pressure went down more, not up), we spied the Midas, opening in five minutes, and Steven quickly inflated all four tires, saying the self-service machines we had tried are sometimes poorly maintained and just don’t work. No charge, professional, courteous and competent. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving! ??

Excellent experience! Everyone I spoke with in this process was polite, friendly, and helpful. They gave accurate rates for the services I needed done, and were great about giving recommendations what work needed done immediately, so I wasn't paying too much on this visit. I would happily go back for any future work that would need to be done!

Summary: Midas abuses the power of state inspection to manipulate customers into getting unnecessary repairs under the guise of "sorry, if you don't get it you fail". Then keeps customers sitting for an extended period of time to upcharge labor costs.I went there for my state inspection and oil change. It was scheduled from 10am-12pm(noon).The report Midas gives you for state inspection has each requirement listed with a green, yellow, and red color. Green is pass, red is fail, and apparently yellow is also fail. Results came back that I was "suggested" (rated yellow) to get new brakes and new windshield wipers.I had just replaced the windshield wipers 2 months prior. I had also never had any issues with my brakes. They never made noise, they never double clutched, and they never vibrated when pressed.I told the tech I just got new wipers and I didn't want to replace them and I also told them that I didn't want to get new brakes because, based off their rating, that they weren't a requirement. Had they of failed it would have been red but they did not fail and were rated yellow. They said well if you don't replace the brakes or wipers then we can't pass your inspection. I asked them why I had to replace them since I didn't fail their test. They said that they suggest I get them replaced. I asked them what would happen if I were to decline the services and not get the "repairs". They said that unless I replaced the wipers and brakes I would not pass and I would fail their inspection. I was already close to my 10 day deadline due to work and personal obligations and I wouldn't be available again for at least a week, so I regretfully said whatever do it.I then sat in the waiting room until nearly 2pm (4 hours). I watched 3 other customers come in and drop off their car off, also getting inspections, and leave before my car was ready. My car sat in bay 2 while new customers cars went in and out of bay 1.Now, I encourage all who have made it this far to google how long it takes to change brakes and rotors. Some sources say 30 minutes to an hour, some say 1 to 3 hours, if the brakes had significant damage. Now lets remember that based off Midas's own inspection, they didn't fail. So, they weren't the worst case scenario possible and it was probably a routine repair. Combine that with my own observations of sitting in the waiting room looking through the glass window that allows for direct sight into the working area. They weren't working on my car. Finally, I get the bill. The price of parts are whatever, parts are parts, can't argue that. The price I do have an issue with is the over $300 in labor that I was being charged. Labor for what? The others peoples cars that you were working on?Afterwards I decide to get some second opinions on the situation because maybe I'm off base. Nah. My brakes were okay. They were not a failing standard but they could have been replaced sure. Definitely not what MIDAS made them out to be. Yeah, I also got hit for overly priced labor too.Don't go to Midas unless you want to pay them to sit and watch them look at your car in the "work" area for 4 hours. If you have to go to them, get a second opinion first. Don't be afraid to tell them to put it back together so you can go somewhere else.

My daughter and I have always received stellar service at the Midas Bridgeville location. Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They are upfront about needed repairs and do not cut corners. Their prices are fair and discounts are given whenever possible. This Midas is my favorite place to take my family vehicles. I won't take my family vehicles anywhere else. I highly recommend the Midas Bridgeville location.

Normally professional and courteous if a bit overpriced, but just had a terrible experience. Had an inspection done on Saturday during which all brake rotors/pads were replaced (about $900 total for that part). Noticed this week it was squeaking in my front left wheel well so took it back. They were awesome and fixed in about 1.5 …but when I left, the front right was now squeaking, and louder and worse than the first time. So I brought it back, and they were very nice and said about half an hour. 2 hours later I walked over even tho I hadn’t gotten a call/text, and it was ready…but when I left it was still squeaking on the right in the same place.I was pretty upset at this point. When I asked if they could do anything for me, as I’d sunk an entire day fixing what I had tried to get done on Saturday (making my car road trip ready), the manager just flat out said “no” and “well you think this is fun for us?”I then watched them drive it out, squeaking, wheel it back in, rinse and repeat like 3 more times, before giving me the keys saying it was ready, even though I’d heard it still making noise AS it was being pulled around. The guy in the lobby with me confirmed as much because I felt like I was going crazy at that point. I took my car to a different mechanic to spot check the work because I didn’t know what to even think at that point.I’m sure it was frustrating for them as well, but I didn’t appreciate being treated as an issue instead of a customer when I was clearly worried about the safety of my family on a long trip.
