I have been through the wash 4 times this month, the first two times my driver side mirror was whipped fully forward. I was thinking maybe it was a weird fluke. The third time I folded my mirror fully in to be cautious, but it still was pulled open past the normal position. Here I am thinking ok super weird maybe it’s just my car, surely if it was a problem it would be fixed. The fourth time I forgot to pull my mirror in and after the first round of spinning brushes I heard a loud crack. Sure enough my mirror was pulled fully forward again, but this time a large crack has now completely damaged my driver side mirror. I went to the office and they expressed their apologies, but conveyed that unfortunately there was nothing they could do. They had already complained multiple times asking management to fix the issue that they were very aware of, as multiple other Toyota owners had their mirrors fully ripped off. Please listen to your employees and fix the issue!

Employees very unprofessional talking about there customers right in an open area where we could still hear them. Had a member ship for the higher was but don’t get the wash we paid for due to the mess of cars going through. They didn’t seems to care. And then the employee who was talking crap decided to go into the tunnel to show off that even though we told his district manager about it tha he didn’t get reprimanded for it.

I haven't taken the car to the wash in three days. When I went today, they told me that you can't get in, they said repeatedly that you can't get in. They've accumulated clients and now they don't care about people for their own sake. They said no treatment, if you don't like it, go somewhere else. Try to work beautifully without separating people. If there are no customers like us, you are nobody
