Absolutely horrendous branch. I have gone to the pnc branch in Carnegie probably 1000 times, and never had a problem even once. I receive my paychecks every 2 weeks every other Friday. I always go to the bank the same day to get my funds transferred from my business account to my personal account. Never had an issue until today. They tried to tell me that even though the money was in my account, they couldn’t transfer it until next Monday. What was funny is that the teller went ahead and physically did the deposit, then had to have her manager come over to check it. The money was already pulled into my personal account when the manager told her to reverse it. By then it was already 5 minutes to 5 and after being there for 30 minutes I had no time to get to Carnegie branch in time to find someone competent enough to give me my money. Will never be back. Never go to this branch, take the trip to Carnegie you will be much happier.

Their ATM has been down for two days, but apparently they are not allowed to put a sign on it to notify customers. I used my app to access this ATM because I did not have my card or id on me. No big deal you would think I can just generate a new code and go to the other ATM. Turns out it will only create a code once every half hour. No big deal you would think. I will just go inside the branch and explain the issue and they will be able to give me the $75 I need. No because a Corporate Policy they could not give me the $75 I need even though I was able to show them my ID on my phone. Terrible customer service. Switching banks by the end of the week for both my personal and business accounts.

Tellers are slow. And won't take money to put in account said I was not primary so couldn't take money to put in and teller was rude about it. Personally I'd wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone ever.

Hi I was calling about my loan application and I was waiting on phone fir 10 min and someone finally answered my call and she said is it Margaret, I said no and she literally hang up on me. So she won't ask me why you r calling and how can I help you? Nothing. I call again and then someone else answered and he asked for name, phone number and even social security number!!!!!!!.So do we need to give SSN to talk to someone at bank?????REALLY.WORST EXPERIENCE.

So after three days of trying to find out where the contents of my safety deposit box are, Margret at PNC Virginia Manor is getting them to me on Wednesday. I believe they are sending them VIA FedX to the branch office from their office on 1st Avenue. Imagine my valuables being delivered by FedX. So much for keeping my valuables safe. And PNC started charging preferred customers for their Safety deposit boxes.... I guess this is what happens when banks get too big, customer loyalty is gone. I wonder if they realize the government bailout was from the taxpayers.

Always an awkward experience dealing with the employees here. I highly recommend the Downtown branch near Market Square.

I just went in to deposit some checks, the teller seemed annoyed, she was not smiling, not talking. Professional does not interpret to being robotic. I don’t know if she was prejudiced but she has ZERO customer service skills at least for today. Even when you’re having a bad day remember the individual you’re dealing with might have it harder. Smile, be cheerful and approachable, it costs nothing. I usually frequent the Carnegie branch and people up there are friendly and I hope they remain so. It is extremely important that businesses uphold this end of the rope.

Worst branch. If you need a PNC branch that actually knows what they are talking about, head to Robinson
