I had a really great experience with Push40. The coaches, Gemma, Tere and Lindsay have been incredible. This was the perfect start to my fitness journey and I am extremely grateful for all the encouragement and confidence I gained during my time with them. Push 40 is everything you need from a workout. The owner, Dan, has cultivated an inclusive and welcoming environment that is based on motivation, accountability and a results driven approach. And he's an amazing and kind person that wants to see his clients succeed and feel good on their fitness journeys.I've been going to Push 40 for many years, and their semi-private strength sessions are a focal point of my fitness routine. I actually look forward to my session each week! And the best motivation for me is when other people ask what I've been doing to workout because they are noticing results. This place is for you regardless if you are just starting out or have a long relationship with fitness.

I’ve been regularly attending classes at Push 40 Fitness since it’s opening in 2016. There’s many reasons I’ve stayed with them so long but the biggest ones are the personableness of Dan Hoffman, the owner, and his staff and ultimately the effectiveness of the workouts. I’ve been able to achieve all my fitness goals over the years under the guidance of informed coaches and workouts that are specifically designed to get results. The Group HIIT classes are the best cardio workout I have put myself through and the semi private strength training has allowed me to fall in love with weight training again. I recommend Push 40 Fitness to any one at any stage of their fitness journey. You won’t be disappointed with the guidance you will receive from the staff in order to achieve your goals and you just might find your new fitness home.

I've never worked out before until Coach Dan @Push40 showed me how much progress you can make with consistency. I've been doing the Semi-Private Strength Training sessions for almost 2 years and I never get bored!! The program is tailored to constantly push me and make me better and I absolutely love the supportive community @Push40. I'm so proud of the way I feel and look since joining.

Having Dan as my personal trainer has been the best decision ever! He knows how to motivate me and makes each of my training sessions challenging and fun. Most importantly he ensures that my techniques are correct to avoid injuries. Dan is always positive, has tremendous energy for life, is very encouraging, and has an exceptional knowledge for his craft. Dan is always open to accommodate a workout session with my busy work schedule. Despite the pandemic and my first pregnancy, over the last year Dan has motivated me to continue on the path to my fitness journey. I highly recommend Push40!!

I have been training in small groups with Dan for 5 months now and I’ve never been stronger! His programming, motivation, and knowledge are above and beyond what you normally find at a gym. I highly recommend Dan as your trainer whether you’re brand new or a seasoned athlete- he will absolutely help you be better, stronger, and healthier.

The. Best. Place. I started working out with Dan right after I had my first baby (September 2018). Push 40 is the fitness center that I have always been looking for. The one on one personal training sessions, and Dan’s passion for helping people is like nothing else I have ever experienced. If you have a goal and want help achieving it! Definitely give push 40 a try!

The best! The individual/group fitness class is perfect! Dan does a great job tailoring your workout to just "you", but you still have the companionship and energy with a small group. I have made leaps in bounds on my flexibility and ability to increase my pace running, due to these workouts!

This is such a great place to get stronger and fit!! Coach Dan's personalized training program has helped me get stronger quickly! The people there are amazing too! I have tried personalized trainers before that don't even come close to what Push 40 offers! You get a personalized workout plan every time you go, Coach Dan demonstrates the move if you don't know how to do it, and he helps you with the form to get the most benefit. I am so grateful that I found this place!! I honestly cannot say enough!! Try it out!!

Push 40 has been one of the best things that I've found. My wife and I started going here shortly after they opened for interval workouts. Push Nation is a fantastic community that Coach Dan and his team have built.I've been going to the small group personal training sessions for about 2 years now and I feel the strongest I have ever been. We started out by discussing what I wanted to focus on and Dan put together a work out for me, completely personalized. We keep an eye on my range of motion/strength, we discuss the exercises regularly, and he'll adjust things as we go if we need to. It's a great feeling to be able to do things I couldn't even do when I was in highschool.Dan genuinely takes an interest in every ones health/fitness. It's always great to see him get excited for anyone going for a PR. This is really a great place to go to.

Coach Dan is such a great support and really knows what he’s doing. The gym is incredibly clean, and he has helped me get into the best shape since having kids.
