I walked in today desperately needing tape to wrap presents. The woman working the register told me they did not sell tape but was so generous giving me the rest of the roll of Scotch tape she had at the register and didn't charge me. Just finished wrapping all my presents. Could not have done it without her. Thank you so much!!

Similar to some other recent reviews I've also had an unreasonably long wait for food. Same 20 min wait with one staff or 3 staff behind the food counter and 5ish orders on the screen. I won't be stopping in again for food any time soon.

I stop here once in a while and usually have a good experience with no issues. At 3:30 on a Sunday they have literally 2 employees with a long line of people just waiting to get their MTO. No one complaining as we all see this is a staffing issue but it is insane to wait for 20 minutes for a fast food sandwich because they’re not properly staffed.

Not sure what has happened here over the last 6 months...But the food staff has no urgency at all anymore and the quality is dropping. There is no friendliness from any of the staff I have experienced in my last few visits to this location.

Usually I have a pleasant experience with Sheetz, but not this time. I ordered the Farmhouse Flatbread, they forgot the onions. Plus they have no option to opt out of the cheese. I also ordered the new S’mores Cold Brew and it has no marshmallow cold foam; like it’s supposed to. Even more disappointing, they provide a number with no options that rings endlessly. If you’re going to offer a number, actually answer the phone! I’m at work. I’m not going back to remedy something that should’ve been done right in the first place.

I have ordered from this sheetz multiple times recently and every single time I get missing items, wrong items, and the MTO food is of questionable quality and usually made wrong (burgers with burnt dried out buns, missing/wrong condiments, etc) and to top it all off my last order had only one napkin in the bag and it was just crumpled up and thrown in. Never ordering from or going to this sheetz ever again.

Every time I go to this drive thru I end up leaving with nothing its absolutely horrendous not attentive they never have half the stuff thats on the menu ... tried calling the corporate office she called back and claimed she couldnt understand me and my phone was gargly yet everyone else understood me perfectly on the rest of my phone calls that day...

I come into this Sheetz very often, as I work and live down the road.
I am usually decently happy with my orders, hence my rating.
However, over the past 2-3 months, the quality of food and service has gone significantly downhill. I have noticed that, unfortunately, they have a difficult time keeping consistent staffing.
I just got home from ordering a double-size portion of macaroni and cheese at 3 AM (just got off of work), only to find that my mac and cheese should have just been named Luke due to how 'warm' the product was. (I received nearly cold, 'cool,' product.)
Granted, all I did was what the employees should/could have done, and gave it to Chef Mike at home to heat up. But as someone who serves food as well, it is not only a poor reflection on the business, but could be a possible Food Safety Hazard. With the possibility to make patrons sick.
I have called in the past to have orders fixed or to complain about the food being cold, only to have staff get defensive and rude with me.
Unfortunately, I will continue to come here, as there are only Sheetz and GetGo to choose from after a certain hour and I work nights. I hope that this review is taken seriously, and the training and staff retention may improve. I loathe having to call in because it makes everyone's day a little worse.
