I have been to a number of fitness facilities in the area and this is by far the very best! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and each workout is carefully designed to provide clients with the maximum benefit. The workouts are never the same and are designed for everyone regardless of fitness ability. The coaches really get to know each client’s fitness level so that they can push them through the workout by adjusting speed or weight. If you are looking to transform your body in a clean friendly environment, this is the place for you!

Took a class here via Class Pass to try it out. Workout was a good anaerobic workout. The instructor, Anna, was very welcoming and encouraging and made appropriate modifications for my injury so I could still participate. People in the class were very welcoming as well. I actually signed up for a different class that got canceled, but she invited me to do this class instead. If you're looking to join a cross fit or try it out, I recommend this location.

We were in town visiting family and dropped in for a class. The workout was challenging and well-programmed - really thorough warm-up and stretching/mobility portion at the beginning which was nice - the community was friendly, and Anna was attentive and helpful in her coaching. Spacious and well-maintained facility, everyone has their own lane with all equipment, and there was plenty of room to accommodate a class of 15. We will be back next time we are in town!

Had a blast working out there. Excellent programming, instruction/coach, and facility. Friendly staff and members. Workout was scalable and achievable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Looking forward to coming back whenever I'm in town!

Highly recommend T2! On the fence? Give it a try for week! Great coaches, well organized, top notch programming, great variety of equipment. Awesome & supportive community! Still learning with 5 yrs of CrossFit experience!

I started at this gym about 3 months ago and have nothing but fantastic things to say about it. The owners and coaches are amazing! They get to know you, know your ability, and are able to give you the advice you need in order to push yourself to get better. The community is welcoming and the atmosphere is encouraging. The programming here is hard and humbling, but designed to push you and make you stronger. Strongly recommend this box.

I've been a member of T2 for about 1-1/2 years. Finding this place was fantastic for me. The community is more than welcoming and realy does become family. Very clean in comparison to other boxes I've been to. Very knowledgeable and accomplished ownership.

I've been at t2 for 2 years now and I can't recommend it enough. Brad and Anna go above and beyond to motivate and push their athletes. Anyone can do this. Check T2 out if your looking for a great workout and even better community! 💪
