I found the facility to be spacious, extremely clean and professionally run. The classes are well run. Classes sizes are small and allows interaction with the coach. I have found that the membership covers many ages and the groups he’ll welcoming new members. Well worth a visit.

I've tried all the classes here and they are fantastic! Each one offers something different. All classes have been scalable to the fitness level of every person in the class. The workouts are never the same so it's never boring! No matter your fitness level and/or fitness goals you will find something for you here!

Such a great place! Love the variety of classes offered. Great coaches that push you to better yourself. Classes accommodate all fitness levels and can be scaled to your ability.

I've been given the gift of training with Joanna Tunnicliffe of T2 Fitness. . Since 2018, two accidents, both involving broken bones, had left me unsure I could ever become "fit" again. T-2 Crossfit as well as Joanna's encouragement, humor, and perseverance are changing my perception of working out as well as confidence that at age 67, I can strengthen my body. The T-2 method keeps me interested and motivated. Joanna's passion for fitness is contagious. Her compassion both comforts and inspires me to keep trying. And her focus on proper alignment keeps me from hurting myself in the process. Had a doc appt yesterday and my blood pressure had dropped significantly--a welcome result that I wasn't expecting! I'm a fan.
