Delivery was terrible. They left a stove that was inoperable and refused to return our original stove. They left our driveway full of trash, they were rude and unable/unwilling to speak English. Never ever Home Depot

I purchased a dishwasher at the beginning of June. The dishwasher was delivered last week. So far two men have come to install it. The first person could not remove the dishwasher because of the flooring. We were told to get part of the floor removed which we had done. We scheduled the plumber from Home Depot to come again. This time they said that we had to have a different pipe before they could install it. I can only tell you I still have my old dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor. I returned everything to Home Depot, asked for a refund and would suggest that unless you want a big run around purchase your appliances somewhere else. My biggest complaint is this. The first delivery person/plumber should have informed us of what needed to be done for a successful install. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Buyer beware!!!!!

The delivery guys could not get my old fridge out of the front door so they just left it in my livingroom, got in their truck, and left without saying anything. I paid to have it moved to the garage. I thought they went to the truck to get tools to take the doors off but then I went outside and saw that they just drove away. customer service says they will send someone back on Dec 29th to move it to the garage, 12 days from now. We will just have Christmas dinner with our old fridge in our livingroom I guess. I should've bought a squirrel and went to Lowe's, perhaps.

went to pick cabinets. just needed help to find others in stock. ask the guy at the kitchen area and he said is Jim over there. I'm like who the hell is Jim. He just sat there. so I went to the desk and said to guy. Are you Jim. he said no. looked half asleep. I told him we need help getting cabinets. so he did page Jim to come Jim came and he said. not sure why they called me I don't know anything about cabinets. I'm like we just need to find the rest of the stock. I said nobody wants to help us. he did help. but its like pulling teeth to get these lazy people to move. the guy in the chair got up and disappeared. NICE WORK ETHICS. What happened to this world. Everybody wants paid but doesn't want to earn it.

Loves to hang up their phones before hearing any follow up questions about important matters with tools that are in need of repairs, especially from potential hard working customers. I’ll keep an eye on them next time.

So beyond upset. I was told my Christmas tree that I bought in 2019 had a 3 year warranty.... The center does not light up anymore... I payed 400$ for this tree!!!!!!! They transferred me to Willis Electric who then took a week and a half to simply tell me I could not get the part replaced because there was only a 1 year warranty . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered cabinets , flooring and a sink for a new kitchen on January 7. It’s now March 25th and I still don’t have my product! Have been called 7 times to say order was in. Didn’t have everything and they ordered the wrong special order cabinets. So very angry ! Living in a construction zone. And they can’t seem to get it right no matter who I speak with. Everything I ordered and purchased came to well over $7000.00 dollars and here I sit with 1/3 of a kitchen, cabinets that

The staff is absolutely awesome at this location, and the store is always clean and well organized. There’s always someone available to answer questions and they are normally well stocked on everything.

I haven't needed to rent any of the larger items as described by other customers (although I would have like to but they don't rent out trucks to move their larger equipment like excavators), but for the smaller pieces the employees have always been helpful and I wouldn't have been nearly as productive on my own without their rental department.

Went to rent some large equipment and a truck to tow it. Saw on their website that they had trucks with hitches if you needed to tow something. Was told in store “our trucks don’t tow.” Don’t come here looking for equipment if you don’t have a truck that can tow it.
