My local UPS store has the best employees! I am there a few times a month sending things back to Amazon . I am always a hot mess and can't find the codes and they are are always very patient and helpful!

Had a wonderful experience at the UPS store in Heidelberg today. I needed documentation notarized so I called ahead and spoke to them. I immediately ran up there and there was a notary and two employees who could witness my signatures. I was so relieved to be able to get this done without having to bother anyone else. It's hard to get people on the same day unless you're having a party...LOL! The staff was pleasant and the notary knew what to do and was very kind and patient with me. This store is a very busy place but when it's your turn, that's it! Shout out to James. Thank you again. Much appreciated such good customer service.

Went to pick up a package that was marked delivered and show up to nothing and workers having no idea where the package is. That night, tracking said package refused and sent back.

I was recently at the UPS in Heidelberg with 8 items to be returned to Amazon. I thought I had them perfectly lined up with the return codes printed off for each, however, 2 of them had defaulted to Whole Foods and I did not change them to the UPS store and a few other issues. I was just going to take them all home and start over but ZAREK was so kind and helpful and went way above and beyond any Customer Service I have experienced in many years. I got my phone and he did all of the necessary adjustments and changes so I did not have to take it all home and start over. This took a good amount of time and there was a line to the door. He was Fabulous,
Efficient, Friendly, Knowledgable and I hope he gets a RAISE$$
