Echoing others- Mark got our family of 4 passport paperwork processed and photos done in less than 30 minutes. Super friendly and patient with my 1 and 6 year old too. We also got stamps from the other employee who was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

The clerk who helped me with my passport today was so quick and kind.
I was replacing a lost passport and my first experience was at a different location and it was rough.

I had to get a new passport and although I brought my credentials, I forgot my application. The clerk checked his schedule and was able to fit me in an hour later, giving me enough time to run home and grab my application. Otherwise I would have had to reschedule for another day and rearrange my work schedule again.

The Bridgeville post office is nearest my home.During my attempt to apply for a passport, the staff was told me that I don’t need to go to this office.and was instead told to go to a different post office — without a valid reason. The tone and behavior strongly indicated racial discrimination.
I am extremely disappointed by this experience .

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:45am for my son's passport but they were super nice and took us way early! Great customer service and super fast and friendly!

If I could give this place a zero I would! We were told to go print forms for a passport and when we came back from doing that- they had us start filling out paperwork and then decided to send someone else out to say they can’t accommodate us today. The place is completely empty. They said the cutoff was 11am- but their site and information in the building didn’t say that. Very unhelpful and rude. We also had a sleeping baby.

Used for passport services. Staff was efficient and knowledgeable and got me in and out in under 10 mins including picture. Would use again and have been great for any other packages or services I’ve needed recently.

Such a great experience at the passport center this morning! In & out within 10 minutes, no hassle, smooth as can be. Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful.

The clerk who processed our child's passport application was very friendly and helpful, and she even waited for us to return with a document that we were missing. My only complaint is that we had to reschedule our previous appointment after being turned away due to our arriving shortly before closing time. We feel that there should be more of a buffer between the final appointment of the day and the cutoff for processing passport applications to prevent this from happening. If you are scheduled for the last appointment of the day, you should plan to arrive extra early, especially with the bad traffic in the area.

I made an appointment with passport acceptance. They (Mark) took me early, checked my paperwork, processed my money order to the government, and I was out in 10 minutes. Best service ever!
