In a store full of people they took the time to answer my question. I came in to get a new phone because my apartment said it was old and doesn’t work they took care of me and now my phone works well.

I was helped by Ryan and he made transferring 6 phones over very easy and he was very informative. also he is good at multitasking and getting you in and out. very pleased

I had a terrible experience with Jacob H and Zack Crawley. They charged me $80 to set up my phone in store without telling me. In addition, they added protection to my phone and Netflix without my authorization. After talking to a great representative on the phone, I was able to save a significant amount of money moving forward. Please be aware of these guys who will take advantage of you for their own commission.

Excellent service today by Verizon! These representatives have to pass on so much information that it is easy to overlook details. As a customer, I suppose I should have lined up a whole bunch of questions to make sure everything was correct. As a company, Verizon responded by correcting the issues I had. Great work! Thank you!

Our experience at the Verizon store located in Collier Township, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was nothing short of phenomenal!! Sarah was amazingly patient, professional, incredibly knowledgeable and wonderfully personable!! Kudos also go out to Jacob and his enormously deep knowledge of all-things cell phone!!
