“I can not say enough about Dr. Rubin and her team. We have been with her for almost 20 years and 3 dogs. She has personally held my hand as I cried when my 3 month old Rusty broke his leg. Her compassion is overwhelming. When we lost Rusty she and her staff reached out and sent flowers. She now is caring for Rudy and Lucy and I would never trust anyone else. I am a psychotic, crazy dog mom if that tells you anything. Have I waited for an appointment, been rescheduled and paid sometimes more than I would like...Yes. This is just part of being a pet owner. It happens. I wouldn't change anything and am so thankful for Bridgeville Animal Hospital.”

“My guinea pig, whom we are very attached to and is another of my kids to me, was sick. I want sure but I thought most likely a UTI. We had a hard time finding somewhere to take her and I was practically begging to be given an appointment, PVVC squeezed us in even though there was no appointment available and Dr. Wells took amazing care of Snowball and got her all fixed up. Fast forward a few months and she stopped eating and as a nervous mama I called again, got a same day appointment, this time with Dr. Hart. Can I just say this doctor's name can't be a coincidence. She was so caring to both my baby and me. Snowball had GI Stasis which can be fatal, but she gave us everything we needed. We're still waiting to see if it works but I will only bring my babies here. Finding an exotics vet is so difficult but I find a winner! Thanks!”

“Our dog got his ear cut pretty bad and my regular vet couldn't get him in. I called and Dr. Schuerger got us in. He was to the point about everything telling us about what would need to happen. The office staff was wonderful and sweet the entire process. When we picked him up, Dr Schuerger explained in detail what he had to do and explained the aftercare in great detail. He did ask my education level, but ONLY so he could explain things to me the correct way. I'm not in the medical field, so I appreciated he took the time to fully explain things without making the process more confusing. I appreciate how sweetly and quickly they cared for my dog and highly recommend them for care.”

In the rare cases we’ve needed more serious services, treatment options and the financial implications were explained thoroughly.We recently and unexpectedly lost our oldest cat to natural causes. Even though he lived a happy, long life, it has still been difficult to let him go. Since they took such good care of him all this time, we turned to Robinson Animal Hospital for their assistance with cremation services as well.The memorial package we received was beautiful and moving. In today’s mail I even received a sympathy card signed by what looks like probably the entire crew.I cannot fully express how helpful all of this has been in bringing closure to this loss and perspective to our beloved pet’s life.
