I took my car to a get serviced and the final bill was over $3000. The biggest problem was that the engine still didn’t feel right so I brought it to this AAMCO. I was convinced that I needed a new transmission, but I was wrong. Ted checked out my car and found a part that needed replacing because it was worn. More importantly, he found that 3 brackets that were holding my engine in place were completely broken! I was shocked! My car goes in for servicing at least four times a year and I’ve owned this car for six years. In all those visits no one else ever noticed it. My car was fixed and drives like it did when I purchased it 100,000 miles ago. Ted even showed me all of the parts that he replaced. I was prepared to use my car as a trade in, but now I’m keeping it! This AAMCO is the best!!!! I didn’t know that they do everything and not just transmissions. I’m so happy that I finally found an honest and reputable place to bring my car. My husband and sons are also switching because of my experience.

I guess my review was deleted. Experience from hell. I know new membership took over but im still screwed and on the hook for over 2k that I’m still paying back because Sam wanted some fun and wanted to steal Cat converters and lie about what was wrong with my car. Sorry new management you can’t delete my review lol the new management does sound better but unfortunately Sam put a stain on the Bristol ammco that will never be wiped. New management , take care of my easy pay bill and the reviews go away

If you’re looking for a honest, ethical, competent, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced mechanic — look no further. Ted and his team checked all those boxes for me and more. I had them change my transmission fluid, but they’re now my new mechanic for all my automotive repair needs. Thank you!

Best service I ever experienced! I couldn't ask for more, and my car feels brand new, better than before. At the end of the day, they make you feel like you're family. The owners are amazing, very professional and respectful. I highly recommend before taking your car someplace else, give them a call, or pop up, you will not regret it.
