They are the only ones who would not pre-approve me for a $140,000 mortgage because they wanted me to have $20,000 saved. I was a new graduate making over $100k and a first time home buyer trying to take advantage of the market. Didn’t make any sense…. Wouldn’t do business with them for my next home or ever again in my life.
