Worst experience. They are holding my check for my review. Yes it's a new account, but until the 22nd?? I don't know what I am going to do waiting another week until I get paid. They are no help on the phone. I can't even cancel the deposit or close my account until it gets posted. To make it worse my account says it was deposited and they took it right back out to put the hold on it. My direct deposit was already verified for next week bc I see that on my account. What do they need to verify then. I can not wait until it posts and I can close this account.

Our bank branch in NJ was temporarily closed. We were headed that way and stopped in this branch. Absolutely ? beautiful and great service. Worth the stop!

Worst bank experience ever! The teller who claim to be the manager was rude on the call before driving down to branch. She was flipping through pages in my passport and all I came in for was a temporary card that she said that TRUIST doesn’t provide it. She was RUDE and will never be returning to this location. Was able to come to a near by location and receive a temporary card.
