The place was cool but they moved me from dock 5 to dock 14 and the backing is not your average backing but to be fair to them I did come earlier then my appointment time also here is the shipping and receiving hours

Truck drivers: Pay close attention when coming here. My truck GPS tried to send me under a low clearance bridge (13’ 5”) to get here but I made a left turn right before the bridge and took the first right and I was at the truck entrance. You won’t make it to Crossings Dr unless you came in from the other side of the bridge so don’t try it.
Backing is pretty tight with trailers all around so be prepared for a blindside back. Other than that, the people here are nice and I got into a dock right away even though I arrived 4 hours past my appointment time. Loaded in about 45 minutes and I was on my way.

I have been in the dock for literally 6+ hours now for a load that is 800 miles away and supposed to deliver first thing in the morning yet I can't get no answers on why they are so pathetic when it comes to doing their job all the workers are literally standing around talking to each other instead of doing their job I will NEVER return to this place

They are nice people. They unload me in 40 minutes. Just follow the GPS it will take you there. The building will be front of you.

Staff was very nice. Definitely a very congested facility. Now to pick up a pre-loaded trailer. . You have to check in at the office. Then check in with guard which is understandable. Only one truck at a time again, understandable. But third party trucks HAS PRIORITY. Was told that the yard driver has Priority. Yd has to get trailers out ect. UMMMM NOO TY. YRAD driver has to wait. We 3rd party is there for a very short moment and on a time schedule. If you want to sit there and wait for the YD to pull trailers for hrs be my guest. BUT NOT THIS DRIVER. I HANDLE BUSINESS, I DON'T LET MY BUSINESS HANDLE ME.
