I just changed my insurance to Steve Mooney's agency. With my busy schedule, I don't have much time to spare. Steve made everything super simple. I just sent him a couple of details, and he found me an awesome policy at a fantastic price. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free, and the best part was that it only took a few messages to get me fully covered. Farmers is good insurance, but find a different agent. They either don't return calls, or just don't make changes you ask for

Worst customer service you'll ever experience. They have ducked my phone calls for 6 months because presumably Mike (or Steve who knows) messed up my policy big time and doesn't want to deal with it. All I have asked for is answers and they refuse to talk to me or call me. I then just simply tried to cancel with them which you can't do from the portal you have to speak to them and they refuse. So they have just been taking my money for months. I only received a phone call once from Steve and thats when he saw a review so maybe if he sees this he'll have the guts to call me back again.

Seriously the worst service I have ever experienced. I'm not sure if this is how all Farmers Insurances operate but this office is awful. They will just ignore you for months but keep taking your money. I have NEVER spoken to Stephen - I am constantly transferred to Mike who I am still waiting to hear back from. I tried for months to get a simple answer out of my agent and have now moved onto trying to cancel my policy. If you guys see this I would love a call back. (;
