Went there for the 1st time today. Had a lady named Ella she was super nice and sweet even gave me a massage. Prices are very reasonable $35 for gel refill. Eyebrows were $9. The nail places I've been too before the Asian ladies are real quiet or start talking in their language and barely interact with you. Very happy with nails and customer service. Will definitely go back.

Haven't had my nails done in a year. $20 to just paint my nails with gel. $30 for a pedi with gel. My daughter had a full set and pedi. I walked out $150 later(not including tip). Not sure if im being dramatic..but..I wont do that again. Staff is great. Prices arent.

I’ve been here about four times and 3 out of the four times everything was perfect work, I loved my results. Today I went in and showed a picture of the nails I wanted and she got into it, didn’t ask what length I wanted and cut the nail length super short and continued to do so. By the time the color was supposed to happen, which was a clear ish pink color of the picture I showed her. She didn’t have it so I just chose white. My nails are so uneven with different length nails. I honestly hate them so much to the point where I asked them if I could repay them and get them done again and they said “it’s too late” I explained how she didn’t ask me what length to cut and she said “I just followed the picture” getting upset with me.. like she’s not the one who just messed up the entire nail set. I could’ve asked her to redo but at that point she already glued all the fake nails on and cut them so why would I want them to be all ripped off? Honestly so disappointed. Will not be going back. Their customer service is nuts I’m so upset

So two days after paying for this nail with a painted butterfly n gemstones it fell off the next day my other index finger nail on my other hand fell off. So I go there n the kid in the second seat is always rude n he cut me once so I wasn’t happy he was gonna re do them. He did a full set before n they fell off within a wk. well he does replaces the two nails n goes to paint them and tells me $15 I said im not paying I just paid 3 days ago so he starts arguing with me then tells me to get out or he’s calling the police then Ella the manager yells to get out I had my child with me so we left. They are all rude and talk about everyone in their language. STAY AWAY

Horrible service, nail job, and price! The lady who did my nails completely rushed through doing my nails. I have bumps on almost every nail from places she didn’t drill down correctly which I couldn’t see until after they were all the way complete. I asked for a simple flower on my nails and she completely did not know what she was doing. Long story short do not go to this place unless you want your nails to look like trash. 🗑️

I have been visiting this store for the past 4 years, and they are all great. This store has never had a computer monitoring monitor, and the water we drink has never been mineral water

Came here a while ago.
Sat down at the first chair to the left where the computer screens are. You can see the camera that’s recording the back room. I asked the lady for a water and I watched the lady through the screens(it records the back room) pickup a empty, used water bottle from the back, from a trashcan and fill it up with water from the sink. As she was walking towards me she “opened it” for me….. couldn’t believe my eyes🤢🤮🤮

nails do not stay longer then 2 days. I got them done on sunday and 4 popped off since then and it’s only wednesday, i been very gentle and haven’t even worked yet so i don’t understand why they pop off so easily

This is by far the worst nail salon in Bristol. I been to this nail salon twice the first time they tried to make me pay before I even got anything done with my nails yesterday went back to get a full set the lady name is Ella she popped the glue on my fingers asked if she could wipe it before it dried and my nail were stuck together she got upset and cleaned it with a dry napkin then proceeded to glue my nails. She got to my thumb and just like the picture the nail wasn’t layer properly I asked her if she could fix it and she told me to get out !!! Because I was telling her to fix something you can clearly see is wrong. If I can give this place negative stars I would

As a small business owner I understand the importance of reviews. I hate to do this but this place is not worth the money. Most people in the area come because of the cheap prices, but really not worth the headaches. The service is horrible and the nail tech did a bad job, I didn’t even let them finish. The lady said said I was too picky because I told her my nail was crooked. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
