Every time I come here they give me a hard time about 5 points rite aid (which I love btw) and this one it gets sent to 6912 new falls when I asked my doctor to send it to this one how ever the staff is rude and act like I dont know wjsy I'm talking about when in fact I've been a rite aid customer for years including my children well.... please fix this ......

The pharmacy has been and continues to be utter garbage. Given the reviews and the experience every single time I'm there, along with everyone else I talk to while waiting in line, it's no wonder they're closing stores left and right. You would think the pharmacists would see this and try to do their jobs at least halfway well, especially given their jobs can be easily done by a robot or a toddler. Instead they choose to be rude and consistently give regular customer problems filling prescriptions. They seem to forget they're in a customer service job and instead blame anyone else they can for sucking. Complaining to corporate doesn't do anything. Hopefully when they close this location, we'll get a good pharmacy here.

I have been going to this location for 10 years and until today I never had an issue. While I understand that the pharmacists don’t make the rules it would be nice if Rite Aid as a company would inform customers of policy changes. Today I went in to pickup a prescription that my doctor had sent over yesterday. This is a controlled substance medication for ADHD I have taken for months. My insurance doesn’t cover this medication so I pay for it out of pocket. Today the pharmacist informs me that she can no longer fill controlled substances if they are not approved by insurance. This is ridiculous! With no warning at all from the store or corporate. So now I am out of my medication and being as it is a controlled substance medication I will have side effects from not taking this medication while I wait for my doctors office to send a new prescription over to a new pharmacy and wait for it to be filled. I will now be transferring all of my medications and my kids medications as well to another pharmacy. Thanks for not doing right by your customers.

Rite Aid used to be one of those places that you didn't mind going to - now I hate it! They have the worst customer service, and there is always an issue when it comes to picking up my medicine. Today was the last straw, I am moving on to a different pharmacy. So many in line behind me felt the same way!

Not the first time this has happened. I come to the pharmacy to pick up my wife's prescriptions.
The sign on the door says the pharmacy opens at 9:00am. I come in, they open up, then proceed to tell me they're not ready because they just open.
I came in to get my wife's meds. I'm already late for work. Then I get told I need to wait an hour for them to get their stuff ready. I'm the only person in line. What's the point of opening at 9am. If they're not ready? I couldn't go to my job clock in at 8 and say no I can't help you, I just clocked in.
Either come in earlier to set up or change the sign.

This store has continuously denied , lost , transferred my prescriptions, blaming doctors and anyone else, they should be held accountable for messing with people's life saving meds .There's no acceptable excuse .,It used to be a great pharmacy

Horrible.... lazy. They don't care about the patients. They could handle things with a quick phone call but refuse to move their lazy ass. This is the worst rite aid pharmacy. They look shady and sketchy. The 1 lady is clearly high as hell. Disgrace

Sonia and the pharmacist Jinei we’re so helpful. I needed a refill that my Drs office forgot to call in and the pharmacist was able to refill it for me in a matter of seconds. They were so helpful and really helped me out. I will always come here it’s convenient and always a pleasure going there.

Really good place I like going in here and eating all the medicine its very grand. 19 out of 4 would recommend.
