They’re called robs towing for a reason, they robs the money out your pocket. 1k plus just to tow a Honda accord to they’re shop 10 minutes from original location and 1 day of storage fee included is crazy and does not add up over 1k. The person in charge will talk down on you on the phone but will not talk to you in person. Go with royalty auto resources roadside they’re considering and they care about they’re customers

My girl got into an accident and got towed by robbery towing, I mean robs towing! They try to charge her over 1k but then so called gave a discount that added up to 700 and some change, still excessive for a car that was only towed 10 minutes up the road to they’re shop and was only there for a day so the charges would of been 200 but instead They will hit you with any fee they can think of if they so much have to breathe they will charge you just for that. A winch fee when proper procedure to loading a car on to the flat bed requires the winch to be used, a winch fee only should be used when a car is stuck in mud or ditch which they’re are none of that on 95. A cleaning fee which not once the guy never pick up a broom cause it was nothing to clean. I try to talk man to man with the owner but he must of been on his period cause he was loud and crazy on the phone but hiding in person when I went to see about my refund he promised on the cleaning fee at least

I had my vehicle towed here for an accident and they incorrectly billed me. Upon calling on the phone I talked to Chris Ross and advised him that he put on my billing statement for "Winch-Out: EXTENSIVE" 250$ fee. My car was not stuck in a ditch, sand, or mud. Chris said he does not make those pricing and I have to call Greg Cassidy. When I called Greg he stated that $250 fee is for the car being pulled onto the flatbed of the towing truck which did not make any sense. Furthermore, they incorrectly charged me an additional fee of $150 for cleaning but there was no debris from the accident. Greg said he would refund me back only $150 for the cleaning fee but would not refund me my 250$ for the false winch out service that was never provided! Its a week later and I still have not received my refund or any refund. Please be aware of what you are paying for especially if your paying out of pocket they tend to add unnecessary fees on your invoice. Make sure you get a detailed receipt that breaks down the pricing. It is a shame that I have to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Gregory did not help out instead he wasn't making the situation better by going back and fourth with me over the phone about my money. If I could've chose where to have have my car towed to, this would have never been the place for me.

It took almost a month to get my car fixed, It only needed a front quarter panel and a new rim for my tire, when I got my car back I noticed that on the front fender they put back on the old fender molding, so I went back and showed them and they got me a new one after waiting 3 weeks for the part to come then while I was washing my car I notice that the tire on the side that was hit had slices in it from the other cars bumper when I got hit so I went back again and told them and they ordered me a new one, a week and a half later the tire came and it was put on , the front fender still needs to be adjusted but I’m just tired of going back to them.The reason for the 3 stars is the paint job was excellent other then that don’t believe when they tell you that your car is done and everything looks good make sure you look your car over there and when you get home.

Totaled my car and found out insurance wouldn’t cover it. Staff were super friendly, made my car driveable, and only charged me for the tow. If I lived nearby this would be my go to shop!

Rob’s Automotive and Collision is THE BEST. We have an all aluminum car and when our car was hit… our car dealer said Rob’s is the only place to go because they are true Professionals and multi manufacturer factory certified for repairs. Boy were they right! Rob’s was super thorough with the car and we got it back looking like new. There was no frame damage, but lots of superficial and these guys are capable of doing it all. Dealing with Eileen (the receptionist, Kori (initial contact) and Chris at the body shop… you couldn’t ask for better people to deal with.I give Rob’s a SOLID 5 stars!

Excellent workmanship and unbelievable customer service. This company and its people are truly exceptional. They have done a lot of custom work and collision repair work for me on both of my Porsches, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. In a world where Customer Service seems to have diminished overtime, Rob‘s automotive truly stands out among the rest. 12 stars out of 10.
