Not sure where to start. Don't think I've had such a pleasant experience ever in my life. Considering popping a tire to get back in here sometime soon LOL! The employees are so happy to help, so accommodating. I came in with a slow leak in my work Transit Van. wasn't sure if I needed a plug or new tire since I'm hauling heavy loads. The women in the front was so sweet to have me come back in an hour since they were so busy. Put my name in even though I wasn't sure I could make it back. I did make it back and they took my van right in to check it out.I get called up within 30 mins and the man in the front said It was just a nail they plugged it and he said it's on us- happy new year! How kind and amazing of a company to do that when they didn't have to. So appreciated and grateful for the team at tire city!! Will forever recommend and return any chance I get.Thank you all!!!

Let me preface this by saying I almost never write reviews unless the service was absolutely abysmal or totally stellar. This is the former. I went to Tire City around Thanksgiving on recommendation from my dad who said he’s been going there since he started driving. I had come back from a trip and got a huge nail right in the tread. The guys at the desk were helpful in finding me the right tires I needed for my car. At first I was prepared to buy all new tires because as little as I know about cars, I’ve always been told to replace all at once if you have AWD, which I do, plus it was just time for new tires. I was stressed because it was going to put me out a lot and I was going to be kind of broke after it. I was telling the tech in the garage about it and he was like, no no you don’t need to do them all now, just do the one now and then after the holidays do the rest. I was hesitant and explained what I’ve been told and he assured me it would be okay. So for the last month my tires have been spinning out/skidding, especially when it rains and I almost lose control of my vehicle, and also I live in a neighborhood with extremely steep hills and once when I was parallel parking, I was reversing and my brakes gave out and I almost rolled into the car behind me. I took my car to my mechanic yesterday and explained about the tire and what’s been happening and he was immediately like, yeah it’s because you need to replace all the tires at the same time with AWD because if you only replace one, one is bigger and they’re spinning at different speeds and it messes up the gears in the axle. He used more technical terms but I can’t remember exactly, however, a simple google search gave me the same answer: “Replacing just one or two tires on an AWD vehicle could cause unnecessary wear and tear on your drivetrain, or confuse the traction control system to think that you are frequently losing traction. A new tire is larger in diameter than one of the same brand, type and size that's part way through its tread life.” My mechanic also explained the issue with the brakes giving way was to do with the ABS failing due to the tires losing traction (again he used more technical terms). He also said if left long enough this could have damaged my transmission. I knew I should have trusted my gut but the tech was insistent that it would be okay and assured me he was an expert and since I didn’t REALLY have the money at that time I trusted him instead and thought it bought me some time. This misinformation could have cost me thousands of dollars worth of damage to my car or caused me to get in a bad accident. It takes a lot to get me angry but I am pretty livid about this. I will not be going back and I will be telling my family to stop going as well and anyone else I know who does.

Definitely recommend Tire city. These guys are always looking out for your best interest. Gotta say thank you. Friday night 5 o’clock stayed late to help me get a new tire as I limped off 95 :-)?

Excellent work. The only issue I have is you can't make an appointment for an issue not related to getting flats fixed or new tires. I was there for about three hours and have nerve damage in my back. It was excruciating to sit for the last hour. Was unable to walk for the rest of the day.

I've been to Tire City in the past, always had a positive experience. After going back today with another 4x4 I purchased, I messed up and brought the wrong tires to be mounted. After the fellow worked on getting my tires & rims off my truck we noticed they were the wrong size which was 100% my fault, they put my old wheels & tires back on and after almost an hour of labor, they didn't charge me.My mistake & was more than happy to pay, they were very considerate of my mess up.If you don't go to Tire City, you're probably paying too much. These people & awesome, my hat's off to all ya'll???Thank you,Gary with the Chevy ?

These guys are THE BEST. I won't go anywhere else for my tire needs. Their service is excellent from the people at the front counter to the techs in the shop. They get you in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible while still providing great service at prices you'll find hard to beat. I'm a customer for life. I wish more businesses took pride in what they do to the level that these guys do.

Hell Yeah Brother, let me tell you what. This place is great, a true hard working family owned business with the customer in mind. Are they busy as hell at time and there might be 6-10 people waiting in line for service, ya god damn right. Cause it’s the best value in town. I came in to replaced a fairly new tire due to it being damage, I didn’t even need to replace the two fronts but I asked them to anyways. Hell I’m going back for the other two cause of the service I received. I don’t even need the rear tires replaced at all.Do yourself a favor and go on down to tire city and get’chu some prime rubber shoes slapped on ya ride.

The only place to go for tires in Bucks County. I ripped a hole in the sidewall of my tire late on Friday afternoon. I called and told Richie I wouldn't get there until 4:30, knowing they close at 5. He said no problem, and they took care of it for me in 20 minutes.

I have been taking my vehicles to Tire City for a number of years now and the service and pricing have generally been good. It is a busy place, bit of a factory, but if you arrive as soon as they open during the earlier parts of the week, you should be in and out within 2 hours. The front desk folks are pretty personable, as long as everything "goes according to plan." My last visit(s) however did not. After an alignment, 4 new tires, and balancing over the course of 2 appointments (3+ hours total - Make sure you have your wheel lock key (Curious they don't have master sets for such a big operation..)), I thought I was in the clear and could just focus on absorbing the money I just shelled out. I woke up the next morning and found that 1 of the brand new tires was completely flat. It was clearly a poor install as the valve stem was hissing loudly once I had put a bit of air in it. I was able to inflate and make it back to Tire City the next morning. They checked me in just like everyone else, even though the frustrated look on the attendant's face implied incompetence on the part of the tech from the prior day. 2 hours later my car was ready. The attendant who checked me out (different gentlemen than earlier), told me they were not charging me for the repair...While restraining myself from laughing, I asked if any real consideration could be given to the amount of wasted time and money already put out, perhaps in the form of a partial refund from the prior day's work, or even a credit for future work since I had every intent of being a returning customer. As if I had asked for the moon, he abruptly reiterated that they weren't charging me for the work and proceeded to crumple up the invoice and threw it out as he walked away. I understand that conflict resolution is a lost art these days, but this experience was just simply unacceptable. Juggling multiple jobs for a family of 5, I just do not have the time or patience for this. To be fair, I'm giving this business a 3 because all prior experiences have been fairly positive. However, this experience for others would have likely yielded a much lower rating. Unfortunately, the more natural consequence here is that I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward. It's a volume business which inherently produces errors, but it's important to really do right by customers when they happen. You should be fine to take your vehicle here, but carefully inspect everything, including those valve stems and make sure you get the wheel lock key back, before heading home.
