Horrible.... lazy. They don't care about the patients. They could handle things with a quick phone call but refuse to move their lazy ass. This is the worst rite aid pharmacy. They look shady and sketchy. The 1 lady is clearly high as hell. Disgrace

Use security question.
I go there to pick up money.
They can't access it cause I don't have id.
But I have a,security question .
Spent 2 hrs on phone ,back and forth with western union.
Sure they will take care of it.
Every hour back and forth to western union to pick up money.
No we can't give it because no I'd.
Please don't use western union.
No compassion for customers
