“Freezer died yesterday. Researched online; found one I wanted; Lowes etc. couldn't deliver until week of Nov 6. We crossed our fingers and went to Ralph's when they opened at 10am today. The one I wanted was there, and by 11:30 am it's here and installed (old one removed by them). This is our second purchase in 2 years. We have nothing but praise for them.”
