We switch phone plans in Florida and received our phones while we're driving back to Pennsylvania. This store would not activate our new AT&T phones when we tried to switch them from our old Verizon account. We have to do it on our own or find a corporate store that will do it for us. Not a very good first impression with at&t.The non-corporate Verizon store in town was much more accommodating with situations like this.

I needed help setting up my new phone I purchased from ATT. I arrived at the store when it opened at 10am. The representative at the store was unhelpful. She informed me that she had no knowledge of how to do the transfer from my present Samsung S22+ to a new S24+ and there was no one there that could help me. She said I should do it myself or go to another store. I left. I'm assuming she is not the manager of the store. If so, the manager should be the one to open the store in the morning and also insure all his representatives are trained in both Android and Apple products. When I bought my S22+ I went to this store and they were super helpfull. It's all about the people!

The associate who helped me was amazing, courteous, and polite. I didn’t think I was able to get a new phone, but he called me down. Help me when step-by-step. I walked out of there with a new new phone for my first time in my life and I’m excited he was good patientand awesome.
