The food and service was absolutely amazing ! Lisa and the women at the hostess stand was a pleasure . When we first walked in we were greeted with a smile and our group of 10 were quickly sat. The food was delicious , and next time we come back to PA we will definitely be coming back . 100% recommended!

Our experience at the chestnuthill star diner was great!!! Coming from someone who lives in New Jersey, the food and service was just as good as on the east coast! The staff and our server Emiy was wonderful! Couldn’t beat the prices either! Thanks again!

Visiting friends and decided to stop in for breakfast on the way home to NYC. I felt like we traveled back in time. From friendly service to excellent breakfast and prices we as New Yorkers haven’t seen in a while. Par was our server and she was a joy!

Our waitress Patty(from Queens NY) was friendly, attentive, got us all we needed and more. Thier food is great and the pricing is amazing. We ordered 6 of the Hungry Man's Breakfast for $10.49 - INSANE for what you get- Full Stack of pancakes(which were huge), egg, home fries, and choice of meat! Holy smokes! Everything was delicious(this coming from a NJ guy who has a diner in every town). We forgot to ask for seperate checks at the end, which Patty and Lisa were very nice in fixing for us- be sure to ask for this when you sit down and order vs. when the check comes! My fault.
