There are so many nice people who work here, Greg, Kyle and Tabitha top the list and the guy who does the pickups and drop offs I don't know his name, are so friendly and helpful. The cars are new, clean, great selection and awesome to drive! I highly recommend Enterprise in Brodheadsville, PA

I rent a car with Enterprise in Broadheadsville, I was very pleased with the service. The Staff were very pleasant and nice . I was so happy with my vehicle. Thank you Enterprise I would definitely rent again soon

I made a reservation for the next morning online. Before my reservation Tabitha called to let me know that there were no rentals available for the time I selected but she would let me know as soon as one came in. I was not terribly surprised as car supply is very low right now. I received a call in the afternoon for a car. They didn't have the sedan I chose, so they upgraded my reservation to an SUV for free. I ended up returning the rental a week earlier than expected which was very easy to do from the enterprise website.

Bait and switch. Told me they had an economy car available. Once I got there, told me all they had was a Suburban with a $50 price difference. Rent from another Enterprise...

Let's go back to the end of the 20th century I was using enterprise Rent-A-Car back in Brooklyn New York through 2023. I've always rented enterprise even in California San Diego Pennsylvania your name their cars are extremely well cared for. I rented a Lexus from them. Wow that's all I could say I've rented Tahoe is my next Rental I want to get into is a CADUE ( Cadillac )Keep up the great work enterprise. We love you.

The enterprise rep at the 800 number failed to make my reservation. I was in a hurry as my car broke down and I had to be at work. Jordan was incredible and had me in a car within 30min! Extremely professional and outstanding service!

Rented a vehicle from this location for a little over a week. The customer service was good, but a few problems were encountered during the rental process.During the pickup the weather was pouring rain. The agent quickly walked around the car to see any existing damage. It was clear between the rain and the agent not wanting to get soaked, the walk around was very quick and identified one long scratch on the back bumper. He already was aware of this damage. During the rain many defects can be hidden during the inspection. A garage or temporary canopy should be setup for inspections. Again companies fault not the employee.Problem 2. I was not informed about a large chip in the windshied of the vehicle and could not see it do to the rain. I began to drive the vehicle home in the poring rain and realized it was a chip that appeared to be filled by someone who doesn't understand how to fill a chip. The crack and fill was directly in the view of the driver. Very distracting and could be a concern for the safe operation of the vehicle. The companies fault for not caring about the visibility and safety of the renter. A windshield is cheap just replace it when the chip is in that location.Problem 3. Ez passIn the vehicle a ez pass holder is permanently attached to the windshield with a box that can be closed or opened . The open operation will read the ez pass the closed operation it won't according to the sign on the box. The box remained closed and I attempted to obtain a ticket at every E-ZPass. The gate would open on some and others it would not. I didn't want to use the ez pass but didn't have a choice even though the box was closed. I was told by the employee to make contact with enterprise customer service. Multiple agents could not help me with the problem and told me to call the ez pass toll commission. I was then told to contact my rep in order to make a note to avoid any penalty charges. I should not have my been doing this and wasting my time. Your equipment is faulty, directions are obviously not correct. Wasted much time speaking with people when customer service should have handled this and not me.The windshield on the inside of the vehicle was extremely dirty. I had to clean it a few times to to see clearly out of it. During the inspection since it was pouring, I dried off the vehicle in my shop to ensure any existing damage was noted. Some small rock chips, light marks were on the car that could not be identified due to not having the proper facility to view the car during initial inspection. I believe the employees or cleaner has no idea how to clean a windshield and might not be provided with the problem tools to do so. Immediately took pictures and emailed the rep.In my opinion Enterprise is a decent company to deal with, but basic common sense issues are ignored more than likely for maximum profit. It is very clear that another competitor can easily take these multiple flaws plus others that might exist and create a superior service. The hours I was on with customer service and emails,I was not compensated or offered on my behalf.The employees at the facility were extremely helpful and very pleasant. This review falls on the company as the people in charge are not putting themselves in the drivers seat, but rather focused on the wrong issues and not being creative in developing systems that make the renting experience different and unique. Enterprise reminds me of K-Mart. Basic foundation rudimentary issues are still at play and with this type of foundation comes a conversation of " hey, remember Enterprise when they were around".Final Update 6-13-22. They finally refunded my money (faulty EZ PAss Equipment in vehicle) after I opened a claim with my credit card company and called countless times. They shoot generic emails over from customer service and never follow-up. I would avoid this company at all costs. If there is a problem, you will be arguing for weeks. TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
