I placed an order over the phone with Joey- he was so nice and friendly- called us the moment it was available for pick up and gave the same great customer service in store. Totally recommend.

I thought he was a great person but He has over priced me for the last time! I have always gone to him, always thought that there was something not right about him. I walked into the store to pick my laptop up and he jumped down my throat for no reason. Was yelling at me like I was a child. And I am 72 years old!
Talking about he worked on my laptop instead of working on other peoples computer. Excuse me but I did not tell him to do that. And neither did I tell him he had to quick work on mine either.

Staff was were eager to help me with whatever electronic or tech needs that I had, were super friendly, and led me right to what I was looking for, based on my question, even when I wasn't exactly sure myself what I was looking for. That said, they charged me $25 for an item that I now see that I could have gotten on Amazon for $8, and they claimed $25 was the sale price. I do expect to pay more at a local shop compared to what I would pay on Amazon, and I'm even happy to pay a little more for great customer service. But a mark up of 200% seems unreasonable. Sadly, I probably won't go back because I can't trust that I'll get a fair price, based on that and the reviews I see here.

The gentleman working was very friendly and helpful. He helped me find the special type of cable that I was looking for. It’s nice to have a local place in town so I can save the drive to the big box stores. Prices were fair as well.

Don't go here. I'm very sorry that I didn't read the bad reviews beforehand. I wanted to fix the cracked screen on my son's phone and asked how much. They wouldn't say a price because they said they needed to do a diagnostic first in case anything else was wrong with the phone. So I paid the 50 diagnostic fee and left the phone with them. Got a phone call before they closed and was told it would be 299 plus labor & tax to replace the cracked screen front and back. They didn't have the parts to do it but could order them if I pay for them in advance because it's special order and will take a few days. I told them I would come over tomorrow morning to pay for the special order since I was in the middle of dinner and they were closing. Then after talking with my son about it we decided not to get it fixed since buying a new phone is cheaper than fixing the old one. So next day I get there at 9am when they open and tell them I'm not fixing the phone and just give it back. The guy got upset and refused to give back the phone saying it's in pieces and I have to pay to put it back together. I told him I'm not paying to put the phone back together since I already paid 50 for a diagnostic and that should include putting it back together. So then he got more upset and raised his voice trying to intimidate me. I told him to stop yelling at me and just give me the phone back in pieces because we are not going to fix it. Then he lied and said I need to pay for the screen that he ordered already. I reminded him that he told me last night they wouldn't order the parts until I paid for them and I'm not because we decided not to fix the phone. He still refused to give me the phone and again told me it's in pieces. So I told him I'm calling the police because he won't return the phone. So I called and was put on hold. He also called someone and while talking with them he lied saying they ordered the parts and I have to pay for them. Then I saw him hold up my son phone from the back counter which was definitely not in pieces. He then comes over to me saying he will give me the phone back if I pay for a restocking fee for the parts they ordered. I told him no I'm not paying anything because you said yesterday that nothing would be ordered until I paid for them in advance. I told him we can wait for the police officer to get here so he can give me the phone because I paid a diagnostic fee already. Then he gave me the phone. I told him thanks for lying about the phone being in pieces.

0 STARS!! I had to click on 1 so it would post--they even control their reviews!! Read the reviews--most NEGATIVE--and true!! They will take you for a ride because they know they can with their hidden NO return policy...Unknowledgeable me with "tech items" went in for inexpensive replacement GPS cable for very old model--as we talked @ updates,etc I kept inquiring about cost so had dollar amount in my head--as we added sim card and computer cable I was told 1 item was $20 discount and if I bought 2nd item it would be 50%off also while being told" I had 7 days to bring them back". So I did take everything and was thanked and told receipt is in bag. My bad-- I never looked at amount in store and saw how much bill was on my credit card email--over $100!!!--and nowhere on receipt did it show ANY discounts-- I could have bought a NEW GPS!!--Yeah receipt in bag alright but you are already out the door with their SOLD merchandise they MAY only EXCHANGE--Took items back and was told needed to speak with Manager who of course wasn't there--(only between 9-3).So knowing I couldn't get back before Day 7 I called--Manager argued with me,called me a liar and hung up on me!!! Great Customer Service--This does NOT end here.... BUYER BEWARE--AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS--PRICE GOUGING for sure. I will be contacting owner and corporate.....

If you take you’re phone here to get fixed it’s almost 200$ and they used such a low quality screen it broke within a week. You will find better prices and quality elsewhere.

I tried to get a cord to hook up my Blue Ridge streaming device to my TV and Denon stereo. No matter what I told them, they refused to listen 'thinking' they know better than I as to what I need. Within 15 minutes I was back telling them once again that the cord they made me buy for $30 on sale was wrong. Apparently there is a no cash back policy and insisted I had the right cord and explained how to hook it up. WRONG AGAIN. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, they are idiots and liars. No wonder Radio Shack's are disappearing, they can't find intelligent employees.
