June 13 a post office worker forgets his glasses rings me up for two 80 dollar money orders which I noticed he made the mistake and told me I should've been checking all I can notice is him squinting note I was the only one in line and was stuck there for twenty five min he has a job that requires him to read it's an essential for him to bring his glasses mean while I paid a driver to take me to the post office and he was blaming me for his actions lousy customer service rude even when he saying sorry I never had this experience in any post office any stores anywhere the woman was nice said he never forgets his glasses I had important documents that had to be in the mail if he couldn't read why would I hand him my envelopes to be mailed I did tell him I didn't trust him because of him being unable to read lousy customer service saying to me I know ya stressed he was the one stressing me I felt so disrespected

Usps is just horrible all around... not to sure how a package that's supposed to be delivered to the pa Poconos, goes from being in Philadelphia distribution center to somehow in Atlanta Georgia. On top of that to get ahold of someone you have to go through a automated system as we all know just make is more frustrating and theeeen they will have you on hold to speak to a person for 45 to a hour... I'm sure if we all had another option we would use it. Usps is a joke

I always have a pleasant experience with this post office. Michael is very helpful. He usually has my package ready to go before I even hand him my yellow slip. Everyone who works there is nice and accommodating

I'm sure not all of their employees are like this, but the ones i have dealt with are, rude, unhelpful, and more importantly too lazy or incapable to put my 85 year old grandmothers mail in her street mailbox because " it is too far off the street and i have to get out of my vehicle". The mailbox position has remained the same throughout my entire life and just recently apparently is too much work for them to help an elderly woman out. Seriously messed up, take your business elsewhere, these people will not help you
