Such an amazing experience. I had such a weird issue with my phone and so I went to the nearest Verizon and the employee Alexis was fantastic, she helped own calm me down but two fixed my phone magically even though they do not do tech support. I was so happy and wanted to say she is so loving and kind, 10/10 experience
