Brookhaven ATT. What a disgrace. Salesman was so rude and unprofessional. I got to the store at 5:05, after 15 mins I was approached, told him I was there to upgrade mine and my 2 sons phones. We waited an hour and a half for him to tell me to come back tomorrow because they close at 7. I was furious and will never go there again. 6000$ worth of upgrades and he made me leave. Horrible customer service.

Aliza was fantastic at helping me get my phone traded in for the 16 which I have bought. She also was able to get me on a cheaper plan being 70 years old and advise me about free Internet that’s going on called 55+! she is a manager of many stores and she really knew everything that was out there!I feel very lucky to have gotten her when I went in the store. My friend Robert was also with me and we were considering possibly having a plan together and then getting free Internet so much cheaper than Comcast!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Sam at AT&T! From the moment I walked in, Sam was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy to help. Her positive attitude and outgoing personality made the entire process enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and took the time to explain everything clearly.
Sam was not only extremely knowledgeable but also kind, polite, and very respectful throughout the entire interaction. Her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. AT&T is lucky to have such a dedicated and customer-focused team member.

Sam and JD assisted in helping me find cases for my new Samsung Flip 6. I had a hard time finding cases and they ensured I was happy with my purchase. They even went out of their way to inform me of all the promotions and discounts available to me. Thank you both so much and I will be returning to this location in the future.

I had to buy a new ipone and i went to the ATT store at Granite Run in Media PA and i met Vanessa and she exceeded all my expectations. She was so helpful and efficient and i am so thankful for all her help. She is truly a wonderful person and if you need help do not hestitate to visit her!

Stopped in today to price switching my family from Metro by T-mobile and walked out with 5 lines and my family is so happy with the phones we selected. Sam and JD went above and beyond with answering all of my questions. They knew all of the specs on the devices and had them all in stock. I am excited to be an AT&T customer and knowing I will have a great experience each time I visit their store in the future.
