Joe at the AutoZone here in Brookhaven is hands down one of the best managers I’ve seen in the automotive retail sector. He’s diligent, patient, highly educated and has helped us with hundreds of orders for our car rental business. He's even assisted my father when he stops by for his own personal vehicle needs, always doing so in a friendly manner. Joe brings a level of patience, professionalism, and knowledge that’s difficult to find nowadays, especially in a location like Brookhaven, that isn’t for the weak.
If anyone from AutoZone corporate happens to read this, know that Joe is exactly the kind of person you’d want overseeing multiple stores. His leadership and customer service makes a lasting impression every time, which explains the location's high-traffic while the PepBoys beside them closed their doors.

Kristen was so very helpful . She was very patient and has excellent customer service skills . I would recommend auto zone in Brookhaven , the staff is great.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free testing on certain vehicle components batteries, wipers installed etc. Great place to visit. Wide variety of auto parts and accessories.

I come to this Autozone’s location for any and everything and get help with every question I have up to managers down to regular employees they make me feel safe knowing the guys here knows there cars if you don’t know what to get or what your car needs pull up to this location these guys will not steer you in the wrong direction with any parts or questions if you see any bad reviews just know that you can’t please everyone

Not only a good point five miles from my house to have the best in the world but always kind and turn them to someone in the house! Very happy, that this is my local AutoZone!!! ?????? Keep up the great work up! This is a parts store I actually enjoy visiting!?????

These guys are great. I had to have my car towed to do a check engine check. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. I eventually was able to resolve the issue as spark plugs and basically a tune up. Thank you for what you do and for being helpful because it was a stressful moment in time.

I called ahead of time to see if it was okay to come by because my engine light came on. When I arrived at the store I looked around for a worker and said Hello! No one responded then a gentleman from behind the register walked out and he did not acknowledge me at all. He walked right pass me and went to a aisle where another white man was he asked that man if it was something he could help him with, the man replied no I'm okay. So the worker started a conversation with the guy knowing I'm right there at the register waiting for help. The worker finally walked over to the register towards me and said how can I help you? I stated I'm the one who called about my engine light. Worker stated "I'm the Only one in the store I can't help you" I stated but on the phone few minutes ago you said you could help me . Worker repeated himself again stating I'm the only one in the store.I felt like he purposely didn't want to help me but was quick to greet and help everyone else after me who walked in.

The staff is very friendly, unfortunately I forgot the gentlemen's name that helped me but he was outstanding. Highly recommend coming here for your car needs.

Anthony wasn’t incredibly helpful informative and took great care to teach me about how to know when it was time to change my wipers. He also installed them for me and was incredibly gracious.
