The women who worked on November 26 2024 was rude and slow. I waited 20 minutes for her to attend to me because she was doing personal stuff with the computer. Worst experience

Why they not answering the phone they don't close until 7 like frfr answer the phone??THEY KEEP SENDING ME TO VOICEMAIL AND THEY VOICEMAIL IS FULL LIKE OMG I want to give zero Stars but ig I have to give them one star ?

Chinese/Asian guy in there is a scam as another customer also mentioned and I’m sure many customers don’t know they’ve been scammed as well. I went there he charged me $180 for the iPhone 11 plus first months bill and activation. I went online after and there was an add saying $49 for the iPhone 11 when you switch which I did from metro. So I guess the bill and activation was $130.00 don’t think so. He was shady that’s the only reason I even checked it out in the first place. Avoid this location specially if he’s working.

I don't know how so many people are NOT using Boost. I pay $25 month total for unlimited everything and my signal has been strong everywhere I go. I can pay my bill online using the app, so the only times I've gone into the store have been the three times I've upgraded my phones, Honestly, the service people have been nothing but helpful in the store. I don't know what more you could ask for considering the price and convenience.
