Went on for an oil change. Came out with the engine light on and they're saying it I came with it on. He turned it off but said it will turn back on. Useless👎

Customer service is trash. They don’t know how to greet or speak to customers in a professional manner. Hours say 6pm weekdays , they say 5pm. Literally tried to stand still once I pulled up , like I didn’t see them in there already.

Honestly, never had an issue here. Been common here 5+ years now. The managers or front desk people are usually cool and work with you. Always get my inspections here. They don’t try to get you for you money, because they only do tires and oil changes. If you need work they will tell you and help you. Cool dudes.

Best place to get your vehicle inspected! They are first come first serve but nobody else was getting their car inspected when I went so they saw me right away. They were very thorough with the inspection. But they also don’t waste time or try and scam you with extra charges or lie about unnecessary repairs. Very trustworthy, reliable and professional. Will get my SUV inspected here every year. Also my oil changes. Thanks

I never have been to a " jiffy lube" and never would have gone to one , being that I am mechanically inclined and always change my vehicles oil myself. but in the dead of winter , and being in between homes where I don't have my equipment to do so, I figured what the hell. can't be as bad as everyone says right? well guess what. it's that bad. oh they got me " in and out " alright . came home and noticed oil leaking onto the ground. they didn't take the time to wipe anything off, the " new" filter had oil slopped around it, and I told the manager I wanted Mobil 1 in the truck and he said " ok" and my receipt was for THEIR brand oil ( prime lubricants) showed me the trucks air filter, which wasn't bad but I said ok change it . 103$ later and I have oil on the ground. people , it's worth it to do it yourself. it would have costed me 35$ and 30 min of my time if I would have just done it myself. now I have to investigate this oil leak hopefully it's just old oil that they NEVER cleaned up. will not be going back here , not even worth calling and complaining , if you want something done right just do it yourself. no wonder these guys have a bad rap.
