The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, with employees like John, JoJo, Que, Jordan, Pablo, Maddie, Steve, Izzy, Todd, Kierra, Adam, and DJ providing excellent customer service. Many visitors appreciate the willingness of employees to go out of their way to assist with projects, whether finding a toilet auger, rubber/foam wax rings, or scheduling appliance deliveries. While most experiences are positive, some mention the need for more cashiers to reduce wait times. The store is fine, a bit small. But the irony that most of the toilet seats in the women’s bathroom were falling off and unstable, at a hardware store, where they sell toilet seats, is very funny to me. Fix your bathroom guys!
