The store is fine, a bit small. But the irony that most of the toilet seats in the women’s bathroom were falling off and unstable, at a hardware store, where they sell toilet seats, is very funny to me. Fix your bathroom guys!

There wasn't a survey code on my receipt, so I wanted to post a Google review. The Brookhaven Lowe's is clean and filled with knowledgeable and helpful employees. Que, Jordan, Pablo, and Maddie were very helpful during my visit today, June 3, 2025 at 10:44 a.m.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a deadbolt for $60 that did not work and was not able to return it or exchange it. They customer service representative was very dismissive and did not care to even try to make the matter right. The last time this still will ever take advantage of my funds

Found a toilet auger, and a rubber/foam wax ring replacement in all of about 4 minutes, and then checked out in garden section because there was only one person in that section... the cashier sweating outside. So I was there for almost 7 minutes, and got everything I needed.

I bought a grill back in April. They offered free delivery and assembly for grills 300 dollars and up. The grill arrived to our home and shortly after we noticed they damaged the grill in what looked like a rush assembly. Not just in one place but multiple. I called customer service just asking for a return and new one not damaged. After two weeks going back and forth with the 800 customer line, the Brookhaven store where I was getting mixed messages about refunds or new delivery I finally gave up and just said to return my money. So three weeks later I finally received the refund to my credit card but we also used a 50 dollar gift card from our wedding. I called again in June as I still have not received that gift card back which they said they would mail. WE ARE NOW NEARING JULY AND STILL NO RETURN OF GIFT CARD. This was the biggest headache, waste of time and one of the worst customer experience I've had in my life. Thanks for holding on to our money for over two plus months. At this point I should charge you interest.

I would normally give this Lowe’s 4 stars but for today’s service I am giving 1. I stopped today after 5p for a load of bagged black (25 bags) mulch. I had great service from everyone except 1 employee rubber me wrong. The crew in the lot helping load mulch of 4 or 5 young employees all were attentive and helpful to load my pickup with the mulch. When they started one young gentleman threw a bag over the side of my truck then leaned in to adjust it. He had a Lowe’s vest on. I asked politely that nothing is loaded over the side please. He gave me a dirty look then turned away and rudely said “why?” I said “excuse me? Well it is a brand new truck and you art wearing a vest with a zipper and you just leaned on the side of the truck and that will scratch my $45k truck.” Another employee stopped him and I let it go. I really cannot stop thinking of his rude behavior and. Need to comment. A simple sorry would be fine. If I clean my truck and find the smallest scratch on the. Passenger side rear fender I am holding him and Lowe’s responsible.

We recently needed to replace several appliances. During the course of shopping, purchase, scheduling and delivery we had interaction with several Lowe's team members at the Brookhaven Pa. store. We wish to acknowledge Steve, Izzy, Todd, Kierra, Adam and DJ for their excellent customer service and overall assistance in making the whole experience easy and accomodating.
