This review is my experience from last year June 28, 2024
I went to this location to see If i was eligible for an upgrade to get a new phone. I told the person working there i wanted to know If there are any promotions available to me. They told me new customers get a flexplan . I said im not opening a new plan I already have a plan. They then showed me 3 random motorola phones available for full price. I told them I just want a new phone and i usually pay around 160 with the upgrade discount MetroPCS gives every so often to get a new phone with metro. They said they dont do this. I said since when do you not do that upgrades anymore. I told them id be back in 20 minutes. I spoke to customer service who said i am eligible for an upgrade with a discounted price. When i went back I went to say that customer service said i am eligible for a upgrade. I was told the MetroPCS rep at this metropcs location that this is not corporate and to go to the Eddystone metropcs. I argued that i have always come here for upgrades and why can it not be done at this location. I left called customer service outside who asked to speak to the representative at the store, when they spoke both exchanged employee id's and I was then shown the same 3 phones which mysteriously were the only ones in stock. The employee lied to MetroPCS customer service saying I want a free phone from them and also gave them a bogus employee ID to MetroPCS customers service. I decided to go somewhere else for my upgrade. I used my upgrade discount to get a Revvel 7.
This is the type of experience you can expect when you go to this location.

I don't like how My Mother came there she elderly to get her phone fixed and a lady tell her it's not taking a charge, so this morning I came down to visit my MOTHER I pulled a charger that I keep in my bag and the phone is charging , she took it to your store and the lady told her it's the battery she probably wasn't charging so my Mother can buy another phone that's not cool to do a person I want to call my cousin his father work for better business burial right here in Delco get him on this but I looked up how long can you have a phone before taking back it said 14 to 30 days as long nothing wrong with new phone

Samuel was very helpful resolving my phone issue, even while faced with the dilemma of resolving the store-wide Metro outage. He was courteous and patient assisting me, a senior citizen.
