Lauren was great with my girl! I know it was pretty busy / crazy in there when I went today but they stayed positive and were still very friendly. It did take about 3 hours today but it was a Sunday!

Employees are nice in general, except the ones that volunteers to take care of cats. Price are very high compared to Petco
