“This post office seems to always be busy. It is efficiently run and kept clean, although the very nice lady behind the counter is rather slow and methodical. Allow at least 20 minutes to transact business at the counter.”

“This was my 1st time using Navis pack & ship & it won’t be my last !! They showed extra care for giant my crystals . Navis came in like “a knight in shining armor” .. They took the job last minute . My moving company who said they could do it , backed out at the last minute , the day that I closed & had to be out of my house for the new owners to move in.. of course I panicked & then by brother called Navis in Los Angeles, we spoke to Elin Perez , she said they were about to close & then , said “don’t worry we’ll be there in 20 min” .. They came right away , got the crystals , crated them up & shipped them out from Los Angeles to their sister store on the east coast . This is where it gets juicy!! In comes Dan Cramer , Owner & boss man of (Navis Pack & Ship #PA1104) , not only did Dan come in like the greatest super hero of all times , he eased all of my concerns about how we were going to get my 1800 pound geode through the front door if my new home ..Dan delivered , No drama , no chaos , just a new platform for my giant geode & an easy move for my precious stones !! I am beyond grateful for Elin , Dan and the fellas on his team !! If I ever had to move anything again , I’m definitely calling Navis Pack & Ship !! I highly recommend this company to anyone who has something that they hold dear and near their hearts , that needs to be shipped and handled with care !! Call Navis , They are literally the best !!!! “I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”
