“We have been bringing our van here for the big fixes for several years, and I recommend everyone do that. They know what they're doing and the service is excellent. The van stays fixed (until something else breaks.)
But here's an illustration of how awesome they are: For two years we've had a wasp sitting at the base of our windshield, stinger pointing out. We didn't want to risk sticking our fingers there to pull it out so we just left it. We had the van detailed twice and all those guys did was move the wasp around. Last week Wynnewood Park Service fixed our van and... they removed the wasp.”

“A few years ago, I left my SUV here after breaking down on I-95 over a holiday weekend with just a voicemail for what happened and needed to be fixed. The guys at Charlie's worked with me even though I was two states away to get my SUV back up and running. They even worked around my schedule for picking up the car when I was able to get back into the area. The SUV has run great ever since. No complaints whatsoever.”

“Bradleys replaced an engine in my car. They did a perfect/ excellent job. I found the engine on eBay and had it delivered to them. Unfortunately in 2023 I got a letter in the mail stating they were retiring. Very sad to see them go but I understand it's a break well deserved to people who put in work and provide excellent service. The shop is closed now.”
“PA Tire and Auto is BY FAR the best place to take your car in the area. I had a nail in my tire and brought it in to them. Bram, the manager, called me almost immediately after to tell me that all four of my tires were completely dry rotted way more than he had ever seen on a new car that had less than 18k miles. He encouraged me to call the manufacturer and go through the warranty to get them replaced. Bram could have lied and told me the state of my tires was on track for the lifespan of them, and sold me 4 new tires. But he didn't do that- he was honest and transparent and told me to fight for a warranty because I deserved it. No only that- Bram spent probably a few hours on the phone with Yokohama himself when they demanded to speak to a mechanic who had seen and measured the premature rot in my tires. All the while, he knew his shop wouldn't be able to carry out the warranty themselves because they are not a dealership, which would be authorized to do warranties with this specific brand of tire. In short, he encouraged me and helped me get a warranty on my tires because it was in MY best interest to do that. It wasn't in his best interest or the shop's best interest but he did it anyway. He has integrity and an admirable work ethic. He was so patient and kind that he has won a customer for life. Thank you for everything, Bram!!!”
“This shop is the pinnacle of professionalism. Two man shop with a professional woman at the desk. Work is done in a timely matter as scheduled. A lot going on so be advised there may be delays, but the work will be done no matter what. Even oil changes might take a while because of all the customers that come in. All in all, awesome people, awesome reviews, and awesome mechanics that know what there doing. Had my 06 GMC Yukon there twice for rear brakes and a differential leak and all fixed. Had a little delay with getting parts but it was understandable, that's with any shop. 5 stars to those people that work there. Highly recommend”

“My experience Here was a very good one. I’ve took a few cars to Max through the Years and every experience was a good one. These guys love what they do and it shows through their work although Max retired now his son ANDREW runs the business they haven’t missed a beat. Andrew is a young man but focused and passionate in his work I never saw anyone let alone a young person so devoted to they’re work I mean this guy gets his hands dirty along with his mechanics…. That says a lot to me, it lets me know that he’s making sure the job is done right. Today I had to take my vehicle back for some adjustments and he fit me in right away. Some places you go to once they got your money they make you wait if there’s an issue but not this guy he’s one of the good ones. God bless this business . I recommend this place not only five stars but ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Jack Smith's in Asheville is awesome and you should take your car there! Had my transmission replaced and the experience was excellent. Kind staff, great communication, tight shop, work completed on budget, including some front end repairs and a few oil leaks repaired. It was a bunch of jobs in one visit and everything came back fixed 100% with no issues. Really had the sense that they were making a sincere effort to put my high milage Suburban back into top fighting shape - without tacking anything on unnecessarily. “I met Rob and Victor a few years ago when we were looking for a used car for our nephew. Then had a Dodge NITRO with all the bells and whistles. We inquired about it and Rob explained all the work and issues it had prior to being put up for sale. Let me tell you, they are honest, fair and keep their word. My nephew still has the NITRO and it is running strong. I used them for all my automotive needs. “I had a terrific experience here! I needed a trailer hitch and harness installed quickly on my Mazda CX5, and all the dealerships were extremely backed up. The mechanic I typically go to was similarly unavailable, so I found Al & Harry's, and I'm really glad I did. First of all, they squeezed me in in just a few days. Second, the job turned out to be a lot trickier than expected, and they still got it done the same day. And third, they needed to cut part of the bumper to install the part, which I knew about in advance, but instead of just smoothing out where they made the cut, they actually added some custom made trim, so it looks like it came from the factory like that! I would be happy to bring my business here again.”

After having my car at another terrible location the headquarters sent my car here to have them fix a ton of mistakes another AAMCO made and this place was able to fix it all in a timely manner and get me back on the road again. “Great honest communication
I took my BMW x3 in for an inspection and oil change. Kevin was very genuine and knowledgeable. Didn’t rush my questions and made sure I understood everything. He texted me a link to download my complete detailed bill BEFORE any work was completed. He was transparent about what was required to pass inspection vs recommended. There was only ONE service recommended. Attention to details is important to me. My car was returned with all notifications cleared and my lights back on auto. Everyone forgets that.”
