Sadly I've rarely had a positive experience there. There's always a long line with multiple people behind the counter, with One person working and then they give you an attitude for being upset for standing in line for 40 minutes The turn is script in. God help you if you call, be prepared to sit on hold for up to an hour, only to be unceremoniously disconnected, and you have to start all over again....

This Walgreens location has good staff members that are willing to help when the customer is trying to find a certain item. The shelves are always fully stocked. I'm not for sure about Pharmacy Pick Up Service.

Worst customer service ever. I went to pick up prescription, I handed them my card. They gave me 1 month supply instead of 3months. They charged me $31.00 . Never told me they were not giving me 3 months. When I went back to ask they told me to stand in line again. Then told me my insurance expired. To make a long story short I ended calling Cigna who called Walgreens home office to find out my insurance was active. The clerk put wrong Rx number in per Walgreens. But I wouldn't have known any of that unless I went back and asked.

Horrible customer service. Can’t get through to the pharmacy. Was just on hold for over 20 mins for the pharmacy and then the phone hung up. Called and asked to speak to the manager. I called her and she put me right back on hold. A couple months ago I made an appointment for a flu shot, went in the next week and was there for an hour and 20 mins because they were all clueless, rude, and unhelpful. Literally the worst pharmacy in the world. I have never dealt with such consistently horrible customer service in my life. Goodbye Walgreens.

Please tell wayne to seek anger management and that telling a customer to ‘meet them outside’ while being lunged at in front of the general manager is calls for firing at my job.

Worst Walgreens around. Staff is ghetto, never let people know when they have a prescription ready. They take forever to get a simple task accomplished. Pills come half full. I would not recommend this drug store to anyone
