Nobody and I mean nobody ever answers the phone. Need to talk to someone in the pharmacy? Good luck! I will no longer use this store. I was supposed to have a medicine delivered today. It didn't happen. I am sick and unable to get it. I can't reach anyone on the phone. This is not the first time. I waited for an hour for someone to answer the phone. This store is terrible. I finally drove there to ask the store or pharmacist a question.

Difficult to speak with a person in pharmacy or management. Phone rings, on hold for exorbitant amount of time, disconnects. This is a repeated issue. Unreliable and overall poor service

The pharmacy is horrible. The turnover is pitiful. Is it management? Pay? The condition of the property is so poor. It's such a shame...

The parking lot is filthy and I really wish you fix the flashing lights in the parking lot.

Literally this Walgreens has the worst employees that work in the pharmacy smh. Every time I try to go through the drive-thru its a problem they act like they dnt see u, So I then rang the call button to let them know incase they didnt see me, just to get a major attitude from the girl working like the tone in her voice she was low-key pissed like sis i dnt wanna be here either. I always treat people with respect until they disrespect me. Needless to say ive been going here for 11 yrs now it wasn't always like this but the past 2yrs it has been ive jus been waiting for her to go or get fired. Period Point Blank you don't treat your customers like that for absolutely no reason just because you're overwhelmed and busy like its ur job boo. Karma will catch up with u 1 day!
P.S. the employees that actually work in the store are incredibly kind n helpfull so this 1star is just for the Pharmacy Unfortunately they should not have people like that greeting customers or dealing with customers if they have a bad attitude and don't know how to deal with the public its rly a sad world we live in that u cant even be treated like a humanbeing anymore.

Went there 02/10 at midnight to get over the counter allergy medication and it was closed even though the website says it’s open 24hours. Would be nice to update the Google maps hours so people don’t waste their time.

I would rate the pharmacy at this place a negative star if possible.

It's a real shame that Walgreens feels their store is more important then their customers. Its very convenient to pick up meds early in the morning for someone who doesn't drive and take their meds to them early morning hours.

Always have great sales on numerous products, BOGO’s on vitamins are a great deal. Great for all your needs and last minute purchases.

They took so long to answer the phone that I had the pleasure of driving there and standing at the counter to join them in listening to my call ring. ?

Went to go get my shot and the pharmacist was unable to tell me what type of shot they offered. The techs were also very rude and lack great customer service. Very ghetto.

This pharmacy is so great! They’re not only open 24/7 but the pharmacy staff is awesome! I just had cataract surgery and lost the eyedrops you need to use before and after the surgery. There are three different kinds of eyedrops, and I lost all of them. It was after 8 PM on a Friday, and I called to see if I could get them replaced. The pharmacist said I needed to call my insurance, but when I did, they said that Medicare does not ever cover, “lost, stolen, or damaged medications.” I called back and told the Walgreens pharmacist and she not only found a coupon for the expensive eyedrops, she transferred the prescription for the one they didn’t have to the nearby CVS pharmacy, that is also 24 hours. She was very sympathetic, because we all lose things and are frustrated, when we do. Fortunately, while I was talking to her. I looked one more time and checked a place I never put things and found my eyedrops. I actually felt a little bad, because she had gone to all that trouble. But the one eyedrop I would have needed to pay full retail for was very expensive, and I would have needed to Uber to the two pharmacies and back, and that would have cost me too. It’s so great, being able to count on this pharmacy, this is not the first time they have gone the extra mile when insurance was being difficult.
