I wanted a breakfast snack wrap with yellow egg, bacon, salt and pepper-no cheese…but they didn’t have them available for some reason even though it was breakfast. So I ended up ordering white toast with butter, but when I opened the wrapping, it was hard as a rock and I could not chew it at all. Also, there was only one person in the back making food. How could someone sell product like this?! Very horrible experience. Will be going to another location going forward.

Horrible location, horrible service. Asked for a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak and buffalo Mac and cheese. Received dry chicken on a hoagie roll with nothing on it. Oh, and never even got my Mac and cheese. Not hard to out buffalo sauce on a sandwich.

The people for delivery is being told almost every night like tonight the food is being stolen. No one is making sure the are picking up the right order this has happened to me more than 2 it always the night shift.

Went there this morning shortly after 8am. Ordered breakfast bowl with scrambled egg and chicken, waffle with extra paid for syrup. Bowl was left inside the counter. After reaching it a few times without luck from the small window, the lady nudged it towards me. After I was home and handed to my kids, realized the bowl just had a piece of chicken and waffle with NO scrambled egg and no syrup. What is going on?? For the lady preparing the meal, if you’re not happy, you shouldn’t be working there and prepare my meal like that!

I feel like this (Brookhaven)WaWa is what WaWa was like when they used to be in Chester Pa.
It's pretty Bad when you avoid the Wawa in your own Neighborhood.
The things I have seen at Brookhaven WaWa I have also seen at the PHilly Wawa's before they started shutting them them down.
The robberies and carjackings that happen often despite the store being located literally less than 50 yards from its neighbor the Brookhaven Police Department might be a sign for some change of scenery.
