So I say something to do with return is ignorant and immediately the manager,(I'm guessing) says she will take over. Then literally turns her back on me to do what ever. Can't do an exchange instore if you payed online even with store pickup. And the sickly sweet voice she thought would calm me honestly was just more of a trigger.Rather waist money and go to Lowe's then walk back in to Brookville Ace.

The manager of this place is useless. I went in here to make a copy of my house keys and the manager made the copies only for me to drive back home half an hour and find out that they did not work. The keys were not cut properly, so I had to go back the next day and a wonderful lady Deb helped me out. She was cheerful, happy to help and knew how to operate the machine. In my opinion Deb should be the manager not that other lady who didn't even know how to operate a simple machine and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Employees are a bit too pushy when offering for help. Sometimes I like to just Bob around and impulse buy dumb things. Don't ask me over and over if I want help or hover over me after I say no

They need a bigger store but they do have a very good selection and usually have some of the harder to find tools.
