“To the previous customer complaining of these guys not doing a good job...I can personally say that the vehicle in question was brought to them in a non-running condition with the brakes locked up. This vehicle had also been sitting parked for some considerable time. The guys at Mohney Automotive were able to replace and repair heavily rodent damaged wiring when these components were not longer available and discontinued by the manufacturer. They were against a limited timeline to get this vehicle out and it left their facility in good running condition without any trouble lights on. An ignition coil can fail at any time especially when it has over 100,000 miles and gets driven 1,600 miles. This vehicle DID NOT breakdown and leave the customer stranded. They drove from Pennsyvania to Oklahoma and a warning light came on. They did do the right thing, stopped, had a diagnostic scan, and had a repair made. Of course, the vehicle ran better once the coil was replaced because anyone with any common sense knowledge knows an engine will perform better and use less fuel if all cylinders are working. A minor issue for a vehicle that is old and higher mileage. I'm sure that this customer never notified the guys at Mohney Automotive of their issue to give them the opportunity to make it right. So, one bad complaint at a shop that has been in business for over 10 years from a person who never physically stepped foot in the business and who was dealing with their estranged father's estate? I doubt they have a clue what these guys had to do to get this vehicle running and back on the road. Take it with a grain of salt folks. These guys go out of their way to get people's vehicles fixed and back on the road. They've stayed late, drove their personal vehicles to get parts, and even dealt with breakdown customers that couldn't speak English. The extremely good reviews and over a decade in business speaks for itself here. You can't go wrong with the guys at Mohney Automotive! Excellent service from a couple of very skilled mechanics!”

Even though they didn’t have the exact one I wanted in stock, Amy went the extra mile to locate one through a partner dealership and even had their team drive it down so I could test drive it.
