I like the variety of different brands OReillys has brought to our town. The lifetime warranty on parts is an Interesting idea. If the part fails out of town and you don't have an OReillys near bye, I suppose as long as it's not an item requiring a core return, you could get a spare for later....I dont know. But overall, the prices are not bad on basic maintenance stuff. The lifetime warranty parts come with a higher price, but parts quality has degraded so much recently that it may pay for itself, but you never get your time back either way.

Ignorant cashier when I called to ask about some parts continually cut me off until I finally hung up. Normally I'd say 4 or 5 today was my worst customer service experience

Was driving through and needed wiper blades as it was pouring and mine were garbage, the guys inside were very nice they helped me find the right size and the one guy even put them on for me. Super nice people!
