“My husband and I were driving back home after dropping our daughter off at school. We had gotten some damage to our car by someone, and it had knocked our car out of alignment. We knew that there was damage to our tires, but we weren't expecting a flat tire on the highway. Nor after changing to a spare, we weren't expecting the car's systems telling us that all kinds of things were wrong with the other tire as well. We pulled off on the first exit and unfortunately everything had just closed for the night. We decided to try this store bright and early in the morning and I am so thankful we did!! They were fantastic, even without an appointment they took us in right away. Even though they didn't have any new tires for our car size, they had some used ones that they sold us, and did the alignment as well. Even though they didn’t have the exact one I wanted in stock, Amy went the extra mile to locate one through a partner dealership and even had their team drive it down so I could test drive it.
