The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their billing practice is the problem. I paid the Part B deductible the beginning of January. Due to their not submitting in a timely manner, I was charged by another provider for deductible. I got notice that Medicare paid Advanced for the January sessions. I went into Springfield with the paper work to show Medicare paid. It has now been over three weeks and I have not received the reimbursement check. Still waiting for my reimbursement. 9/18 Thanks Julie I finally got the check in the mail today.

The app contains all the exercises I need to do with videos of how they are done properly so it’s a big help getting them done!

The physical therapists at Advance Physical & Aquatic Therapy in Broomall, PA, care so much about every person who walks through their doors. I never thought I'd be able to leave with such increased mobility and flexibility -- and zero pain! Somehow, they make the exercises fun to do. The entire staff is wonderful!

Having chronic back pain IS a pain. Katleen was my therapist @ advance therapy. She explained to me that getting my muscles stronger would help decrease the pain and proceeded to put me on a program to help do that. I was always comfortable & if not she would adjust or change the exercise to accommodate the problem. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs physical therapy. They're great !

Advance PT is the best I’ve been to my whole life. I highly recommend them! They truly care, help you, and work with each client. All the employees are great and greet you including the recp’t. Kathleen is really friendly also in working with her clientele. But, I am so lucky and appreciative to have Helena to work with me since I suffer with BPPV. I ALWAYS look forward to going knowing she has a plan for me including challenging exercises to really help me. I went to her last yr. for the crystal/vertigo problem which did wonders. But recently I fell again from the BPPV but actually went down twice to the ground since I was still spinning so hit my head 2x. I have hope with her along with our sense of humor. It boost my spirits and I leave feeling uplifted. You will not be sorry to see her. I go to Broomall location. Good luck!

I took my sister in law to the Broomall office for therapy. My sister in law is autistic and the staff Halina and Kathleen were wonderful with her. I recommend this everyone who needs a caring and professional staff to fit all of your needs.

As the name suggests, the treatment and care provided by Advance Physical & Aquatic Therapy are highly advanced and beneficial for many people in Pennsylvania. I visited this clinic for the arthritis condition, which I have been suffering from for two years. The physical therapists and support staff are highly knowledgeable and well-informed. They provided me with a personalized treatment plan after a thorough physical evaluation. The exercises were really beneficial and offered significant pain relief in my joints. My treatment plan also included aquatic therapy, which I loved the most in this rehabilitation journey. My therapist encouraged and assisted me while I exercised in the water. The main thing about aquatic therapy is that it gave me more relaxation and relieved my pain. I noticed improvements with every session. I thank my therapists and staff for being supportive.

I had every kind of test trying to diagnose a persistent case of vertigo. I was frustrated and miserable, barely able to work. No one could tell me what the problem was. My doctor sent me to Helena as a shot in the dark.The staff answering the phone recognized right away that I was desperate. When there was a cancellation, they arranged for me to take an appointment sooner than I ever would have hoped.As luck would have it, my condition was something that Helena could identify and begin treating the same day. She explained carefully what was wrong and what it would take to feel better again. The activities she gave me were carefully matched to what I was capable of. Helena watched me closely, always ready with encouragement and, whenever possible, an off the wall suggestion to make things fun.It's terrible to have your health turn on you suddenly and for no reason. It taxes your spirit and affects every part of your life. In Helena, I was lucky to meet someone who could guide me to a better outcome and make me feel closer to my old self again.

I didn't know what BPPV was until I experienced it for myself. Now I find it is extremely prevalent. Every time I ask someone about it, it seems they or someone they know has experienced the condition. Dr. Helena Esmond is a specialist in vestibular problems and I am grateful to have found her. She is thorough, knowledgeable, warm and kind. Julie at the front desk was very welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. I highly recommend Advance Physical & Aquatic Therapy.

I cannot recommend Advance Physical Therapy enough to anyone in need of physical therapy. I went their for my low back pain brought on by sitting so long doing my Zoom teaching.They were fantastic. Not only were they very professional and knowledgeable but they were such positive people as well. You could not help but feel better just being around their positive energy and attitude.Cole was such a great guy and so helpful to me with my back issues.My back is so much better now after following Cole's exercise program and recommendations.Julie at the front desk was so nice. What a great person. I enjoyed our conversations every time.I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need. Let me startby saying that I typically do not leave reviews, good or bad. However I have to make an exception. Advance Therapy of Broomall is great. The people are very understanding and compassionate of your reason for being there. But I must give a special shoot out to Cole. He is nothing short of fantastic. He actually listens to you and remembers what you say. Wow, how different is that. Through his diligent and patiences, I have not felt this good in at least 30 years. I owe Cole so much for being there for me and helping get to were I am at right now. Cole, thank you for everything. You are terrific.

I’ve used Advanced Physical & Aquatic Therapy after shoulder and back surgery and both times they were great. Wonderful therapists, great office staff, comfortable environment - truly can’t say enough nice things about them. There was a noticeable improvement in my strength and flexibility and a big decrease in pain with both rounds of therapy.
